That's some good connections to pull strings for such a company to handle main contractor position in AD missile business which is rather tedious with C&C etc. Strong financing? Crediting? Like Khan is understandable, but Hisar is strange. And that wasn't Siper.

Why not signing a contract directly with Roketsan and benefiting additional possible ToT on guided MLRS?

Financing & flexibility I guess, it's not their first time here either. Cue: M3 amphibious rig (GDELS), RM-70 Vampire MLRS support (VÝVOJ Martin/Kerametal), Trackway layer (FAUN), Pandur II (ARES).

It means we'll be the first country to use both Khan and Hisar outside Turkey.

Happy that we buy more from the Turks. Hoping for more (Atmaca, etc).

Future Pindad's assault rifles will mostly be based on the AR15/M4 platform - at least that's what I understood after talking with them.

Just in my opinion, the world will packed with AR15 vs AK series,... too monotone
