Opening of TAI Antalya Research and Development Facility. Antalya seems an interesting choice for TAI.

And TAI will transfered to TEI, right?
No, it means TAI will be delivering nearly half of the shares to GE (GE owns %46 of TEI) why would TAI do that?
Currently, TAI owns %100 of TRMotor
TAI owns %50.5 of TEI
Kale owns %50+1(you can call it a golden share) of TAEC
RR owns %50-1 share of TAEC

The next agreement will probably be between TAI and TAEC. Probably a deal will be established between TAI and TAEC and TAI will say hey I own two motor companies and I want them to have half of the workshare. So half the work will be distributed between TRMotor and TEI. TAEC will get the other half. TRMotor will probably be involved with some design work so, in reality, TEI will get the real workshare. This will be really good as we know TAEC(Kale) lacks production capability for some of the advanced processes like inertia welding, advanced 3D additive manufacturing, some advanced quality control processes, and hot section manufacturing capabilities. Only TEI has those in Turkiye.

I expect this engine to be a radically modernized F110. Engine thrust will hit 35000+lbs in afterburner and 20000+lbs in dry military power. There will be a thermal signature control system similar to F-135 engine. This kind of engine can be developed really fast as nothing will be done from the scratch.

It seems like a completely Turkish engine(without any foreign involvement) will have CMC blades and will appear after 2030.

ESTU Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department faculty members Prof. Dr. Feridun Ay and Assoc. Dr. Nihan Kosku Perkgöz, Micro/Nano Devices and Systems Lab. (MIDAS) is developing highly conductive two-dimensional MXene and graphene materials.

prof. Dr. Feridun Ay; We are trying to achieve the desired performance in the canopy and cockpit to be used in the MMU by producing conductive single-layer materials in the laboratory.

We are working on the use of two-dimensional materials (MXene and graphene) for TAI's applications.

Main important thing is not clear here.
Turkiye company have the factory and produce it. This is clear

Not clear is it Client / Customer of product foreigner company which make orders and resell the products .
Example: Let say France company found Turk company Garanti Kompozit. Then France company make Contract and Design,Develop product and give this Blueprint or Requirements to Turk company to Produce it (cheap workers).

Then France company start SELL this product to 50 countries...it is Reseller, Distributor of this product and also Main Client.........

If this is the case it is Like usa, germany, uk, france, Italy doing the same with china cheap workers and cheap products. But client order and MAKE the BIG money

Presence of Chinese labels/text is quite thought-provoking. Turkey was receiving help from China to establish solar plants but it doesnt say anywhere on KalyonPV's site about Chinese cooperation.

Also amusing how a multimillion dollar company hasn't 'activated windows'

Well, obviously you never worked in a large corporation before. Unlike your regular home computer, corporations purchase a corporate license that allows them to install windows to very large number of computers without activation. Activating windows is not the point. They are all connected to the same server anyway. The point is purchasing the license itself. At that point, you could just install a pirate version of Windows. Microsoft doesn't care as long as the corporation purchased the necessary license. Companies have their own windows editions to either spy on their employees or remotely install/update software anyway.

This is really important because we can produce chip-level wafers from that factory in the future when we want to set up a microchip FAB.
