This is the first time in my life that I have seen such criticism. And I wonder if this is real.Thats pars look weak , cables around wtf ?
Since I don't know much about this subject, I'm wondering if this is really a concernView attachment 24224 Do you think thats cables and weak bolts will withstand in harsh wartime ?
I think some systems have been tested. there can be no other explanation for the random installation of cables. this bad image will not be present in the final product.View attachment 24224 Do you think thats cables and weak bolts will withstand in harsh wartime ?
Tumosan is tractor manufacturer and has been working for the betterment of the nation since 60’s they just recently produced indigenous engine. They should remain as themselves and offer engine to entire defense sector.3 military vehicle manufacturers are enough. FNSS, Otokar and BMC should share the whole market by purchasing the little manufacturer like Tumosan or Katmeciler. If they really want to grow up fast, they have to invest and expand.
I doubt if this is going to be Indonesia. Pindad has listed that APC in their own catalogue even while the design is obviously from FNSS. I think the customer could be someone else in the region such as Malaysia.

Years ago, they produced engines. What critical tech or components does otokar produce ? They have handsome designs.. ok ..but The gov prefers the locality rate and firms that share in nationalization efforts .. in near future bmc will be a corps that produce ~100% local systems including the power group and drive train ...will otokar have chance against them

Not only designed and produced in Turkey, it's also licence produced in China. It's not wise to claim BMC has more experience on engines when compared to Otosan/Otokar.
They have a Euro 6 class engine, the military vehicle engine remains child's play next to it. Using the same infrastructure, they can easily build a military vehicle engine in euro 3-4 standard. Is it there any Ford/Otosan/Otokar engine running on Otokar Military vehicle?
or is it there any development of Ford/Otosan/Otokar engine for Military?
It belongs to ford ... They cant use it in military purposes without a permission from ford ...otokar doesnt have the majority share of the company ...if it was belings to them entirely ...they would have used it in their armoured vehiclesYears ago, they produced engines.
