Turkey should never accept such deals, the moment you cut the snake's head, the moment a new one grows. The PKK is more of like a religion at this point; thus, the ideal solution is to permanently keep them away from the Turkish borders. These are all nonsense. We need full control in that buffer zone so that we can place some of the refugees there. We need a sunnite and Turkmen belt there for our long term safety. This is utter non-sense. All these remembered me "House of Dragons"... diplomacy, political manevouring, public relations ,scheming" yeah, it's good but when dragons appear and wreak havoc they are all meaningless.

We have immense firepower compared to combined forces in Syria. What's gonna US do with it's a few hundred advicers on the field. What's Russia gonna do when they are getting their asses kicked in Ukraine. There are no need talks or diplomacy. Order TSK and steam roll the forces there.

Many times operations were either not enacted or cut short because of making promises about removing them from our border, instead on each occasion they further armed and entreched the terrorists against us. If you remember a big reason the operation to the east of the river was cut short were because of the exact same promises made.

As far as I remember, in our agreement with Syria, as with Iraq, we have the right to intervene when there is a threat and attack from these countries against us.

Sanctions are going to come the day we choose to move and if we foolishly choose not to move then we accept a hundreds years of americans and russians armies setting up base in pkkistan and using it to destabilise Turkey. If they set that up the narrative will completely shift to the oppressed females kurds in Turkey needing to be liberated.

We face bad or worse, bad is to move now and incur the costs of doing worse is to move later and face greater costs and dangers. Suicide is not to do anything.

Ultimatly this syrian disaster has to rest of ak parties feet, they created this nightmare scenario for Turkey to suffer. I suspect that they will leave it for another political party to deal with 10 years from now.
