Wouldn't hurt to have stealth anti-ship missiles as well. Modern ship radars detect submarine periscopes from 30 km's!

New Type-12 surface to ship missile has LRASM like LO feature.

Also, NSM seems to be more stealthly than Harpoon. (similar to SOM)

And then there is Sea breaker that has entered mass production after receiving contract.

Upgraded Type-12 is still in development, and Atmaca is also stealthier than Harpoon but I didn't know Sea Breaker went into serial production, that's the only one I'll concede.

I don't get the stealth preaching in here for anti ship missiles. They skim the sea, which is the main way to defeat ship radars as they cant look down beyond the horizon. By the time a missile is in position to be seen by radar it's close enough that no amount of stealth is gonna hide you from those powerful sensors.

That is actually true. But it helps in high-high-low flight profiles, as well as to avoid detection at ranges by enemy airborne assets.

No need to bet! air launched was stated but only once (Çakır was not announced by then) So not sure if it was Çakır or something else.

Also, even after jet engine starts immediately, it takes few seconds to generate sufficient thrust to keep the missile aflot. So, It will naturally drop some altitude after booster separation.

Seems to be unique with exocet, go watch older videos of Atmaca test firings, there is no flame outs.

he says medium range atmaca perhaps means çakır,but air launced exocet is also medium range,you can not use booster on air launced version,although high altitute and speed advantages.
