Considering how we would encounter the adversaries in a hypothetical war, I say putting the same kind of payload on aging Yıldırım missiles so that Tayfun production line won't be strained for something very specific

These are not that much effective in modern warfare. Runways are easy to repair. It's better to hit more critical buildings in an airbase, like planes and munitions.
Yeah, I think US attacked a Syrian airbase with missiles with similar warheads while Trump was president and planes continued flying from there either the same day or the next.

Maybe there is a version of DEMET for this purpose.
Türkiye is not part of this:

NEB can be used against runways too.

It isn’t, but had stated in the past that it would no longer produce cluster munitions. New realities necessitate a change in that policy.

Do you believe that?
Of course. You are as valuable as your word. We said we wouldn't, and we didn't. All our old stocks are also under NATO books, there's nothing to suggest Turkey produced cluster munitions after 90s, although it has shown the capability to develop them with Demet years ago. Ones we sent to Ukraine were older 155mm MKE rounds, license built in Turkey.

To add, Turkey's position on cluster munitions leaves us a lot of leeway, say unlike chemical weapons where we say we never used them in history and will never use them in the future. For cluster munitions, Turkey was and is a user and a producer. It didn't sign the convention on cluster munitions(together with China, Russia, US, Korea) but stated that: "it has not used, produced, imported, or transferred cluster munitions since 2005, and does not intend to do so in the future." Also, "Türkiye has condemned the use of cluster munitions on several occasions in the past.[8] It has voted in favor of UNGA resolutions expressing outrage at the use of cluster munitions in Syria."

But, as US State Dept also mentions: "that the Turkish Armed Forces have “a de facto moratorium on the use of cluster munitions” but that “Turkey’s military doctrine continues to call for the use of cluster munitions in the event of an ‘all-out war.’

As it should be. These are very ugly weapons, but very effective against military forces. While Turkey vehemently opposes its use in COIN or other low intensity warfare, it thinks it has a place in a theoretical total war. So it doesn't clear its stocks and keeps the capability to produce it if needed.

these bombs are not really used anymore, these bombs were meant prior to development of long range guided munitions, the idea was for NATO Tornadoes to rush across the Soviet border to destroy Soviet runways near the borders.

Nowadays, with guided ammunition, you can take out entire airfields from hundreds of kms away.

They are not just cluster bombs. Cumulative shaped warhead effects on runway like RPG hits tank armor. That's why parachutes are used.

I think, our cluster bombs are antipersonnel.

*Studies for long-range AA Missiles are in Progress, they will have a longer range than Gökdoğan.

* The work for the AGRAS-200AA Seeker Head with long-range than Gökdoğan is going on.

Could it be a Missile like AIM-174 ?

I know about Gökhan and it's an important Project. The long-range AAM in Class of AIM-174 are important for A2/AD Mission against enemy MPA, AWACS and Tanker. It was not mentioned that it is for Gökhan.

They are making a longer range version of Gokdogan. That is independent of Gokhan.
Agras-200SA is used for Sapan-1 of Navy. So in the best case they share components, and likely we are speaking of missiles with the same diameter.

AMRAAM-ER was built on ESSM, Sapan-1 is rumored to be quadpackable Hisar-D B2, both shares same code.

"Firing tests have begun with the HİSAR-D missile using ASELSAN Radar Seeker Heads (AGRAS-150SA)."

"Within the scope of the near-term needs of the Naval Forces Command, the studies to increase the capability of Radar Seeker Heads for air defense missiles to be used in the SAPAN Project continue with AGRAS-200SA and AGRAS-500SA. The Radar Seeker Head (AGRAS-400SA) is being developed for the SİPER Product-2 missile developed within the scope of the Long Range Regional Air Defense System SİPER, which constitutes the top layer of the ongoing air defense system projects."
Much confusion still.

"Development of Radar Seeker Head (AGRAS-200AA) for a longer range Air-to-Air Missile than GÖKDOĞAN is ongoing."
There's nothing to suggest so far that "a longer range Air-to-Air Missile than GÖKDOĞAN", isn't Gökhan.

Gökhan was classified as the Ramjet powered missile of the Göktug family, this one here will probably be a Gökdogan with larger diameter.

The question is will it be similar to AIM-174B (only used by the USN), AMRAAM-ER (Norway will use them on their NASAMS) or AIM-260 JATM (the missile that will replace the AMRAAM in the US service.

I don't think so. It would probably be like AIM-120D with 60% to 80% increase in effective range over current Gokdogan. (From 100km to 180km)
