I know the difference, i don't intend to compare apple and starfruit i just want to emphasize starfruit won't grow in Turkey, somebody will import and label it "local" while apples grow unattended in anywhere but nobody pays attention to wrap it up and sell.
SSB funds some R&D projects (unlimited budget)
Tubitak funds some geuniune or prototyping projects up to TRY 1 million (might have risen)

I am rather referring to some people actually does critical works who helps in the field while some others are out there to shave money off as much as they can. There are some other companies in USV and UUV business i refrain from telling their names for now.
The day i wrote that message i was overseeing R&D project proposal of a private firm claiming they can design and produce a kind of propulsion system for military platforms. In report i have suggested them to do something achievable and actually something makes more sense such as studying integration of a foreign sourced system is also crucial for this step but they go " meh", and then who has to study the integration: University.

Some companies started to glorify themselves aiming at much higher ,while things looking rather simple to be achieved by a company is done by Tubitak-Universities.

+ He has told TCG Anadolu will be delivered latest in 2022,
And one major remake has emerged and being carried out as of now.
I have kept telling 2021, as disclosed by many sources including officials and experts, is too early, unrealistic and the ship is nowhere near completion as of March 2021, even Q4 2022 is highly optimistic but achievable if nothing goes wrong- Q1/2 2023 or end of 2023 is more realizable.

I don't know exactly it seems to be under review as of now, but there are some efforts to use alternative propulsions (Ukranian turbine + local waterjet) which doesn't seem possible to catch FAC production timeline, otherwise typically we can assume it will be RR waterjet (RR turbine if things goes bitter with US)+ LM2500

We need more explanation , mentioning just couple word is unfair. I think the SAPAN is the biggest challenge of Türkish Navy.

Alper Kose (SSM Department of Naval Platforms President) said that a folding wing UCAV was under development for TCG Anadolu.
Work towards development of unmanned under-water/surface vehicles to operate in tandem with UCAV is being carried out.
Alper Kose confirmed that US did not give export permission for VLS, Turkish MIDLAS (VLS) is being developed by Roketsan.
GOKDENIZ CIWS will be used on 5th Milgem platform (I-Class)

TCG Anadolu is going to have folded wing UAV’s stationed on it’s deck. Although these UAV’s won’t be able to carry out air-to-air engagements, they will be used in air-to-surface bombing operations.
TB3 of Baykar seems to be the most likely candidate at the moment!
The deck of Anadolu will have minimal amount of interference to accommodate landing and take off of these UAV’s within 100-150 metres.

I mean Type 214 submarines are pretty common and known by the public. There's many pictures with shown propellers online but still, you gotta keep something classified lol. There might be some design changes made by Turkish Navy, maybe.
