Greek U-214 has the same propeller but without the vortex diffuser (I wonder whether the vortex diffuser can be placed later on as well, if so the Greeks have exactly the same propeller)

But without vortex diffuser the Greek submarines are a bit in dissadvantage as the modern torpedo's like DM2A4 seehecht (and also our own AKYA) have the vortex (Dümen suyu) guidance ability (especially when approaching from behind).

Since we know that the Greeks have purchased the DM2A4 it is smart of our navy to have the vortex diffuser. It should be the Greeks worrying if they cannot add on the diffuser (they would need to change the whole propeller complex, which is an expensive game)
It has diffuser (literally named as such, similar to the diffusers in water tunnel, it arranges the flow), i don't think there is a *modern* submarine without one of these.

And noticed Greeks operate same propeller but made of copper-alloy, not FRP.

Also looks like Egypt was not granted a right to have a most up-to-date propeller, their Type 209NG was bundled with old high skew propellers and old kind of diffuser.

Greece bought these submarines before Turkey, so they didn't know about the famous problems U214 has:
>Excessive roll on surface (up to 56 degrees).
>Excessive underwater noise generation.
>Periscope vibrations.
>Frequent falls of the ISUS combat system.
>Power losses in the AIP (mainly due to overheating in the fuel cells)
>Sea water leaks into hydraulic infrastructure of the submarine

The Germans fixed the instability problem in Greek subs using a pump formula. So they fixed it by doing internal modifications. This pump makes the Greek subs run excessively noisy.

Turkish sub are longer
Like the Koreans, we did external modifications and made the submarine longer to fix the instability problems, this avoided the problem of making subs noisy. Plus, all electronic and weapon systems (including the C4I system) will be of Turkish production - which is another major advantage.

Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymers = CFRP

When mixed with various different elements this material lends itself to so many different industrial uses that it is mind boggling.
There are a couple of good articles on it below. Especially the second articles explains about using it in marine propellers.

Isn't it okay if they take people who understand the subject to an interview for once? They go and view it on the spot, talk to the authorities, and still call that ship an aircraft carrier.
Even if it was a professional naming it what it is,the Turkish public likes exaggerations.
They would still call it ''Ucak Gemisi''.

I wonder how and why she was permitted into that ops room, definitely not the person who should have visited there to comprehend and evaluate importance of the place, equipments, arrangement, capabilities.

That price is totally impossible.
I-Class should be around 350-400million dollars. That would include the VLS and the missiles. Siper can be more expensive. But if we don’t include development costs MILDAS should be cheaper than MK41 which was included in the original I-Class.
Aster 30 missiles cost around 2 million dollars each. Our Siper missiles should be cheaper.
A SAMP/T battery has three truck-mounted elements: an Arabel multi-function radar, a command-and-control vehicle, and four or six launch vehicles each carrying eight boxy vertical launch canisters with a missile inside ready for launch. (That is 32 to 48 missiles)
And each battery costs around 500million dollars.
You do the math!
There is no way a Belharra is going to carry 8 Aster30 missiles and they will be worth 1.2 billion Euros. (Even with 32 Aster30s that is around 64million dollars)
Those figures are most likely the development costs. According to some reports the development cost of Hisar A was more expensive at 332 million dollars than Hisar O at 255million dollars.
Does anyone know how much the Istanbul class frigate would cost after the introduction of Hisar RF, Mildas VLS, as well as another weapon system/Electronics? Still in the same price range of 350-400 million per I-class?
