There are possible places, try with 2 x 8 on each side (starboard-port) of RAS station, where located on sides of hangar, nearby to the stepping deck it gets wider to fit 8 cell, or 1 x 8 VLS of self defense length (4.5 m) behind main gun. If i were chosing, i would spare the spot behind the main gun for 1 x RAM launcher, replace RAM with Gökdeniz, install MAR-D as secondary X band search radar on the exhaust funnel, and install 1 more AKR on the secondary mast before the Gökdeniz.
So this way, there would be 2 search radar one S, one X band combined to 3 AKR (one above the bridge, one on the second mast, one on Gökdeniz), 2 x 8 VLS for ESSM, RAM and Gökdeniz as dual CIWS.
I know this is not practically possible but with a new design stretched to 105-107 meters, all those can fit.

Worked a bit more, added 1x 8 cell VLS on each side, and added Mar-D
however,it has some technical issues since it is not an easy job to add VLS on existing platforms by cutting holes on the decks especiall when it is on sides of hangar and near to the hull, it needs more job, specific structural parts to alight with, or lean on.
2nd search radar Mar-D in here, has some issues with angle.
Weight balance is not assured.
It is more logical to expand the hull from midst and add vls between exhaust and SSM, but that would shift the bridge and operation room towards outer than the mid, thus will lower sea-worthiness.

Could also the close proximity of the RIM-116 damage the outer coating of the ship?

It can be moved further, but i thin 0.75 - 1 length of RAM launcher would be sufficient.
Which program did you use to draw?
THX

People might find exaggerating to put MAR-D and Gökdeniz and moving RAM front side.
But i think just two side MK48 launchers with ESSM are necessary at first with minimum construction works.

Huge radar without ESSMs kinda automobile without tires:)

Paint :)
It was from Çınar Çakmak's shipbucket, and i modified it with parts from his drawings or from Shipbucket.

I think Mk48 or newer version Mk56 has penetration in deck from that perspective it requires the same work of amount. It requires less penetration but i don't know why Turkey is interested in Strike length which requires a lot of penetration and support, instead of Self-defense length (might be a reason to choose it, for SM2 maybe).
If it has got APAR i would definitely say it is a waste without ESSM with full guidance, but with Smart-S or Mar-D (X) it is decent if it doesn't have ESSM.

They'll turn their P8s into air frigates.

Winged Torpedoes to Kill Subs at Long-Range...

Mark 54 lightweight torpedo that will enable the weapon to glide through the air from altitudes as high as 30,000 feet (9,1 km) and enable the Boeing P-8A Poseidon maritime patrol jet to attack enemy submarines from long ranges. (image : US Navy)

Once We already had three MELTEM projects which were submarine chasers, would it possible loading them with those winged torpedos.

Without the HAAWC kit, a Mark 54 Torpedo has to be dropped from an aircraft at low altitude, usually no higher than 100 feet...

Based on STM -Delta Marine LPD 170, Drone Mothership / Command ship.
Green: left to right
Communication- uplink with USV - and ELINT-SIGINT mast,
2* radome for SATCOM and several other needs (network with drones),
navigational mast -with IFF ,LPI, 2D radar.
Red left to right:
CIWS 2x on aft,
1x on fore, guns on foredeck is removed
*(1x CIWS replaced with 2 x RAM or 16cell MK41 for 64 ESSM on fore,in place of guns)
Blue: left to right
25 meters Anti-Ship ULAQ USV, carried in dock
12 meters multi-purpose ULAQ USV, carried in RHIB storage.
Yellow:
Dock for 25 meters USV, equipped with cranes, maintenance room and overhauling-replenishing of USV
Black:
USV-UUV storage on each side for 12 meters USV with cranes, workshop and maintenance room located in midst. Workshop will store multi- mission modules, conduct conversion and maintenance, replenishment when needed.

Notes:
Helopad and hangars are active for airborne operations, hangar size reduced to 2 helicopters make space for command ship and drone operations room.
Stern profile can be modified with podded propellers to make the dock capable of UUV operations.

We need f..g those compact point defence systems for our Tuzla class with limited space.

C-dome's Tamir missiles are renown for being cheap.

The Brits come up with cold launched VLS .

I'm looking forward to seeing indigenous point defence systems more than SUNGUR.

İ should draw a photoshop work of Tuzla Class with C-Dome/ Sea Ceptor and Marte ER AShM.
C-Dome or Sea Ceptor gives 25km cover at very high altitude. That's why we need such system in order to intercept HALE UAVs / fighters as well as cruise missiles .

Tuzla-class is being upgraded with Roketsan DSH.

Medium range anti ship missile is under development by Roketsan. It is ideal for boats like this.

Sungur Manpad can be integrated to the ship similar to Turkmenistan NTPB project

Everything ok but SUNGUR .
Sungur is just pedestal mounted MANPAD which is very limited capacity and range.
How could engage SUNGUR anti-ship missiles which maneuver and skim?
How could patrol vessels engage with SUNGUR onto MALE UAV that flying over 7000m altitude.

Türkish variant of C-Dome ( it is said to be developing) which has compact shape Linked with MAR-D will be horror for any AShMs, MALE UAVs, Helis even it will be horror for fighters.
