Being aggressive =/= military power. Although to be fair in US case this is true, as the US is a superpower, but this does not apply elsewhere.

Russians are even hesitant flying over Ukraine let alone japan with modern layered AD, even China is hesitant towards japan and you guys know exactly why.

What is worse, Russia is not even on a position or capable of being able to take on Ukraine, a country with almost no proper military, a country Russia has filled with intelligence officers, a country where Russia knows the climate and ground conditions very well.
