Could be a new E/O for mufahız/smash or Göker-D's E/O unit. The arrangement is similar of the E/O shown on top of Göker-D.
Nothing is confirmed about Göker-D as of now, but it is expected to be used on one platform.
We found the culprit, this belongs to one of the designs revealed recently.

The Sea Eye piranha is the aselflir r400d adapted to sea conditions for unmanned marine systems. It doesn't have an English brochure yet, but it looks exactly the same as the R400D.

Here, there are interesting things.

The avionics suite development contract for the export versions of the HÜRKUŞ aircraft and the avionics integration and device delivery contract for the HÜRKUŞ-II were signed. The first flight version of the software developed within the scope of HÜRKUŞ and related devices were delivered.

Developments in the ASELFLIR-500 electro-optical reconnaissance, surveillance and targeting system have reached the final stage, and the prototype production phase has begun. In 2023, flight tests and mass production activities of the ASELFLIR-500 system will begin.

Nationalization studies were completed for the ASELSAN-LEOPAR short wavelength uncooled photon detector, one of the detectors of infrared reconnaissance and surveillance systems, and ASELSAN-SAFİR, one of the micro-bolometer type thermal detectors, and pilot and mass production activities were started.

In the technology development activities of infrared seeker heads, targeting systems and high-performance reconnaissance and surveillance systems for ASELSAN-FELİS cooled photon detectors, the prototype production phase has been reached. The investment plan for the mass production of these detectors has been activated.

The development of the ASELSAN-AYAZ Joule Thomson type cooler, which is required for the cooled detectors used in infrared seeker heads and targeting systems, has been completed and the integration phase has begun.

The first deliveries of the infrared seeker head developed by ASELSAN were made within the scope of the national low and medium altitude air defense missile system HİSAR projects, which will play an important role in Turkey's air defense.

Deliveries of the KARAOK infrared seeker head prototype developed for use in anti-tank missiles were completed, and preparations for mass production continued.

For TOLUN ammunition, IIR seeker development studies continued and integration phase was started.

Work on TV seeker head and hybrid seeker head has started.

Within the scope of university-industry cooperation studies, new generation laser seeker head studies continued.

The Waveform Design Directorate (DŞTM) within HBT designs self-contained (ad hoc), adaptive and dynamic network structures and waveforms based on next generation wireless communication standards.

“Waveform” defines the algorithms and protocols of all communication layers between the user data interface of the communication device and the antenna interface as a whole.

A waveform definition document is created by DŞTM, similar to STANAG, MIL-STD, 3GPP or IEEE standards, which describes the functioning of the communication system in detail and includes all algorithms that must be realized on the sender and receiver sides.

While determining wave-shaped algorithms and protocols, cooperation is carried out with universities in order to evaluate the different perspectives that the academy will gain and to increase its knowledge with the most up-to-date literature.

In previous studies, collaborations were carried out with Bilkent, METU, TOBB ETU, ITU, Ankara, Gazi and Sabancı universities. Currently, studies are carried out with Koç, Medipol, Hacettepe and Boğaziçi University.

With the experience gained in the field and the confidence of our systems, very important new projects such as KORAL-II, ILGAR-II, HEWS-II and FEWS have started in 2021 to meet the EW needs of the future.

KARTACA, the new generation Countermeasure system compatible with world standards, has been made ready for use; A serial production protocol was signed at the IDEF Fair. Business development, concept definition, design and production activities continued for many more projects that are carried out confidentially due to the nature of Electronic Warfare activities.

Architectural designs of critical electronic warfare projects such as KORAL-2, ILGAR-2, HEWS-2, FEWS, and new generation anti-UAV systems have been successfully completed. In addition, studies on long-term strategic projects such as Air SOJ and MMU continue without slowing down.

The development of KARTACA, the world's first intelligent countermeasure system, continued. In the project, it is aimed to start platform integration studies in the first quarter of 2023.

Three more weapon detection radars, which will add strength to the strength of the Turkish Armed Forces, have been added to the inventory. Again, the production of the low-altitude radar that will bring the air defense power of the Turkish Armed Forces to the next level and the UMAR-long-range search radar, which is the search radar of the SİPER system, have been completed, and the verification phase has begun with firing tests.

The work carried out to bring to our country the capability that is in the inventory of very few countries with the AESA nose radars to be used in SİHAs, unmanned warplanes and F16s has come to an end.

These radars will be put into use in 2023, and the longest-range air defense engagement ever made in our country will be ensured with the SİPER missile radar seeker.

In addition to the ATMACA anti-ship missile radar seeker, the mass production of which continues, the mass production of air defense missile radar seeker heads has also started.

Don't be surprised if the first deliveries of Aselflir-F500C are made by the end of this year. According to what i heard project is moving very smoothly. If no major problem occurs in flight trials things are looking really good.
