So we also have 2 heavyweight torpedo programs as well.(after two ramjet long range missile program)

I don't know what to say other than " ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "
Nah we don't. There is only HWT project so far and it is Akya - TN also participates in this project. MSB is trying to steal some scene - and fund some people here.

MSB R&D is ,more or less, a joke. Nothing further (insert a big period here).

Why not against both?
You can't easily track and identify surface or underwater threats beyond a range (not dropping it here). Take this 100 km (even though the project has no concrete foundation) as part of reattempt - wake trailing and so on kind of a 'total distance traveled'. Thus not the interception range, shall i iterate again that this project, more or less, is a joke to entire defence industry?

ASW and ASuW are complicated operations. The Navy will deploy USVs, UUVs, UAVs, sonobuoys and manned patrol aircraft with anti-submarine capabilities so a manned asset armed with a 100km torpedo is not dependent solely on its own sonar and can still use a long range torpedo with the data gathered from other assets.

I can't comment on their naval department, but NEB HAYALET and GAZAP don't look like money grab to me.
Strangely those two and one land rocket seems legit. But again; why do we need MSB R&D on top of SAGE, MKE, Roketsan R&D Dept. MSB R&D much lesslikely to have a production facility - what's their purpose there? Reverse engineering, vacuuming R&D from other companies and releasing it as their own?

*Just my humble opinion*

I think the opposite way. I thought it was for trying/developing new techs and providing products or technologies to our defence industry. Either by giving them production licence or know-how. No doubt they're using the know-how from all companies meanwhile.

Shortly I thought it as another SAGE but with no production facility.

But it's not possible since they're already mass producing some ammunitions. I don't know if they said they're producing in their facilities tho.
