We may see it on Bayraktar Class before we see it on Ada Class. Just speculating :)

There are some rumours saying that hisar canisters can be loaded with incline near the anti ship canisters. Although it won't be totally efficient, we need hisars asap. For lsts I think it is the easisest way just to load launchers on the truck and C2 system that have link (16 or domestic solution) with lst's cms.

The first upgraded Barbaros class will be delivered in November 2022.
These ships will be the most effective and modern ships of the fleet after their modernisation are completed . Originally programmed for February 2021 for the first ship’s delivery and postponed due to intensified activity in the Eastern Med; They are also the fastest ships in the fleet.
According to what it will have in this project; The radar systems, dual CIWS systems (both Gokdeniz and Phalanx ) , B-Sys (a derivative of GENESIS) being the new brains of the ship, New fire control systems for the 127mm gun and the CIWS systems, more emphasis on Electronic Warfare orientated armaments, possible Umtas/L-Umtas or new longer range Missile launchers for asymmetric warfare will all be incorporated in to the project.

Within the MLU project scope, indigenous systems developed by ASELSAN – HAVELSAN Joint Venture will replace the existing combat systems onboard 4 Barbaros-class Frigates of the Turkish Naval Forces (Türk Deniz Kuvvetleri). The modernization of the first frigate is set to be completed in November 2022, while the last ship of the class is expected to be delivered in 2024.
Not good news though,if i scroll some pages back i can find it in this or Naval Programs thread, told in last January or December.

Moreover, it is delayed by several months into 2023. Very less likely to modernization to catch up, Barbaros itself is currently deployed at NATO missions and it will be off-duty in future, then docked for modernization.

I wonder how much room discarded nose cone IIR has for upgrades. Could be effective against high angle attacks with low observable munitions.

This is another reason for why I think we should have build more ada class corvettes, even if it's of an older design. I think having extra vessels for whatever would have been good and in worst case we could use them for educational and experimenting.

His content is reliable so I wanted to post this

He says that before Milden, he believes smaller submarine class will enter service. First thing you think is STM TS1700. He says that he heard that it will be smaller than that.
I hope electric submarines like the swedish are what we're aiming for. They don't have to be huge to begin with just enough to give us an edge.

Waiting for G-Class replacement, to be honest.
Alaybey shipyard (Izmir Naval Shipyard) will do some "training" rounds with OPVs and create an eco-system (subcontractors), then i guess they will step into I-Class and spare the Pendik Shipyard (Istanbul Naval Shipyard) for frigates (TF-100, 4000+ tonnes, TF-2000, 7000+ tonnes) and destroyers.
Combined with private shipyards for export-oriented orders, auxiliary classes it will be better after 2025.

Sub similar to TS1700 would not only give edge but would be quantum leap for Turkish Navy. Complete new page. Nationalization rate or tonnage doesn't have to be that high. TS1700 provides very good balance in underwater to land attack capabilities. Biggest advantage is national design. It would be ours unlike German export subs. Foreign intelligence would have to do work to gain info on the platforms. It will give us the surprise element.

There was 2 additional Ada-class option If I remember correctly still after the revision of Milgem phases. Navy most likely did not want it as they wanted to move with I-class. Delays for various reasons, embargoes, and later recent development in east-med raised need for it again, although late at this point. Would rather use the resources for sub-class designed with VLS or more advanced ships like ordering additional I-class.
