So you believe they pulled it off?
Undecided, it is like a 10% chance that they have nailed major aspects of the engine and need to work on some other aspects. Even if they are on the right path it can take decades more for something to come out as they don't have the required credentials for a capable design house and production capabilities. So at some point I guess when the TF35k engine becomes a reality this project will be dropped or be turned into a ship engine or power generator turbine project. Also their turboshaft engine weight seems excessive speaking off the top of my head. As I said before under favorable conditions like when money and focus poured on any project and with some luck things can happen, I can't rule that out.

10% is no.
They said they already have 6 engines ready so if true why not show one of the six?
Does it make sense to you?

It is odd but MSB Ar&Ge builds on top of maintenance - factories, positioned within technical division (like shipyards, factories). Hence why they got hands over plentiful of spare parts and technicians far better than TEI/TAI could recruit. They have depot - level* maintenance capability over engines they seemingly claim to be "developed".

* even better, they have factory level maintenance capability on those.

It is not too hard for them to assemble an engine through the spares produced by TEI, or by the OEM, kept in depot and unused - left to be scrapped and they recycled them through a "what-if", costing us plenty in reputation. All in all, they haven't developed those, they have just assembled remnants claiming to be an engine, likely lacking an original FADEC. Possibly made an engine, made up specs, brought it to show to steal the scene knowing that nobody would ever care to demand them to integrate those and get them flying.

That ICBM is however a whole different story and likely they attempt to make a big fuss.

Remember that they have brought a new torpedo to IDEF, also a kamikaze USV that turned out to be nothing, but purely mock-ups. They have made same claims with torpedo "designed in house, manufactured by the personnel and going through testing". Nothing came out of those, no testing, no prototypes.

It is unbelievable there is development work outside the oversight of SSB as they are the body that plans and budgets development work and finances them. No wonder even Eray Güçlüer couldn't comment on MSB Arge's work and was like shocked.
