It wasn't well publicized (at least internationally) but Spain 
has delivered 20 M113 APCs to Ukraine at the end of April, along with the 10 Leopard 2A4 tanks that were made highly public. Every little bit counts and while the M113 is older and is being replaced across NATO, it's still very capable in its role, compared with what Russia is dragging out of storage currently.
