Meeting between Zelensky and Erdogan: what Ukraine wants from Turkey
Ukraine is interested in joint production with Turkish defense companies.
President Volodymyr Zelensky began a meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan and said that Ukraine wants Turkey's help in freeing prisoners from the Russian Federation.
As Zelensky reported on the X network, he is grateful to Turkey for its reliable support. “Both of our states, the entire region and global food security require unconditional safety of navigation in the Black Sea. We can achieve this by working together,” Zelensky noted.
The head of the Ukrainian state said that Ukraine is interested in strengthening bilateral cooperation and joint production with Turkish defense companies.
