Majority of these countries listed in the group actually have laws that ensure there is no discrimination in work place and society, measures are put in place to ensure the situation improves. Taliban on the other hand make it a matter of written law to discriminate against women. You are comparing valance committed by individuals to state backed and supported discrimination of women. Do you understand the difference ?

All these countries that you listed have these women rights problems because there are enough people within the country who don't believe in equal rights and conveniently deflect the blame when confronted.
