Orders of the armored version are massively cut but it will still be produced for armored corps. The truck version will be used with modernized AAA cannon batteries. 3x modernized AAA cannon 1x fire control vehicle and 1x Hisar-A+ truck version. So rather than having Hisar-A+ batteries with 3x truck-based launchers, land forces will have 3x modernized AAA cannons+ and a single Hisar-A+ launcher. So overall orders of the Hisar-A+ are cut but it will still be utilized. Hisar-A+ launcher pods on the truck can also be changed with Hisar-O+ launcher pods.

Without programmable smart ammunitions, 35mm SPAAGs are not a big deal. Wheeled or stationary those platforms should be upgraded with programmable ammunitions.

+ They’re pretty good against low flying aircrafts such as drones or helicopters, but useless against fighter jets.

towed 35mm Oerlikon modernized by ASELSAN have the following features;

İnfact it is not just a modernization for 35mm Oerlikon , it creates a combined structure for 35mm Oerlikon&HİSAR A+

-The 35mm cannons are now able to fire airburst ammunition produced by Aselsan.

-modernized 35mm air defense gun system can be controlled without any human intervention thanks to the use of a Firing and Command Control System

-The Fire and Command Control System will undertake the mission of command control of the air defense gun systems and short range missile systems i.e HİSAR A+
-The system will have 3D search radar.
-fire control radar.
-electro-optical (E/O) sensors.
-threat evaluation, and weapon allocation capability.
-identify friend or foe and track the target by its own sub-systems.

Nope SPAAGs can engage low flying fighters as the fighters are bulkier than missiles and drones.

They can, but would that be efficient enough ? The Iraqis didn’t manage do to much damage during the Gulf war.

Nope without programmable ammunitions, 35mm cal SPAAG absolutely useless against drones.
Check US I- SHORAD 30mm programmable ammunitions.

You’re right.

this is a weird configuration and I don't recall any country use this method . but what's the point of it ? if they cut the numbers due to budget then it's not logical because it's more expensive . let's do some math :

( the main point that the control center is the most costly of all of them )

3 launcher per system = 1 control center .... 45 launcher delivered = 15 control center
or
1 lanucher per system = 1 control center .... 45 launcher delivered = 45 control center

right ?

Why not use korkut?
Those modernized Oerlikons are like Korkut without the mobility (tracked vehicle), they're more than enough for protecting air defence batteries, airfields and other important strategic infrastructure/industry... it would be a waste of money to build extra Korkuts for those tasks.

Your math is weird. The Control center(I assume what you want to say is, fire control vehicle) is already a part of modernized AAA batteries. It is not there because of a single Hisar-A+ launcher. So land forces opt to add a single Hisar-A+ truck-based launcher to the already existing infrastructure of modernized AAA batteries rather than creating separate Hisar-A+ batteries with 3x truck-based launchers. It will bring a good capability increase to AAA batteries without costing a lot. This way most of the Hisar-A+ orders are replaced with Hisar-O+ orders.

KORKUT-1-e1589198258197.jpg

This is a Korkut Battery. Armored Hisar-A+ will also be a part of this. The difference between Korkut and modernized AAA is that every Korkut vehicle can act completely on its own as a single unit(İt has everything it needs to engage targets on the platform) without its fire control vehicle. This is also the same situation with armored Hisar-A+ and truck-based Hisar-A+. So Korkut and Armored Hisar-A+ are suitable for armored corps and modernized AAA and truck-based Hisar-A+ are suitable for base defense.

Mr Ismail Demir: We add Hisar-A at an altitude of 2km and a range of 5km more and made Hisar-A+. We add Hisar-O at an altitude of 5km and a range of 10km more and made Hisar-O+. Currently, we can reach an altitude of 15 km on these.

Mr Ağar: At an altitude of 25 km, we will have missiles that will strike all aircrafts.

Mr Ismail Demir: The big brothers of the Siper will have even longer altitude and ranges. The next stage after the Siper will be a balliatic missile defense system capable of intercepting ballistic missiles at much higher altitudes.
