Couldn't it be kind of transmitting antennas? Just a guess. Powerful jamming pods like ALQ-99 and ALQ-249 have antennas covering 360 degrees. So while EA jets can provide continuous jamming by flying around the engagement zone of the enemy SAM, a combat jet, say a jet with an APG-81, theoretically cannot point its nose more than 70 degrees away from the enemy radar during jamming. Having transmitting antennas under the nose and on the wings can provide 360-degree coverage.

My other guess is that it is again part of the integrated avionics suite, that is, some kind of emitter/reciever is shown.

Having antenna at that angle may compromise LO of the aircraft. Because it seems to be located within the radar's nose cone.

Do we have any company(ies) that are specialized in landing gear design and manufacturing? Or the aircraft producers manufacture them within their own facilities? For instance, who produce(also designed) landing gear for Hürkuş, Hürjet, TFX, Kızılelma etc.? I read somewhere that you need large press machines to reinforce the material etc. Do we have those capabilities in house?

TAAC Aerospace Technologies Inc. was established on July 11, 2019 Joint Venture of with Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) and ALTINAY Defense Technologies (ALTINAY) with the aim of developing Flight Control Systems, Landing Gear Systems and Test Systems which are critical in aviation platforms. - https://taac.com.tr/en/

In addition, ALP Aviation has significant work experience in engineering or parts production for the production of landing gear for many renowned aircrafts both in civilian and military areas.

"Alp Aviation produces main and nose landing gear parts and subassemblies used in F-35 and F-22 military platforms and commercial platforms such as Boeing 737,747, 757 and 767 for Collins Aerospace and brake system components for all commercial platforms for Honeywell Aerospace. Alp Aviation is the source of the Boeing 777 main and nose landing gear parts manufactured by Heroux Devtek. Alp Aviation is also responsible for the part production, assembly and test of the Blackhawk landing gears as part of the Turkish Utility Helicopter Project." - https://www.alp.com.tr/urunler

Since the Kızılelma is a development aircraft I presume it will first be tested for long runway operation which is safer to do and be adapted for carrier operation afterwards.

Mr Demir : "It is also planned 1-2 steps ahead of KIZILELMA. By both BAYKAR and other companies. Special missile can also be produced for KIZILELMA and similar systems."

TUSAŞ TISU is coming !

This statement means more than only TAI TISU. Even just Kızılelma itself refers to two different fuselages.

+ TAAC and Italy's Managhi Aeronautica have a cooperation protocol for the design and production of MMU landing gears. From TAI's turbofan UAVs to Baykar's carrier based systems, it is impossible for almost every platform not to benefit from the know-how that will be created within the TAAC.
