What is TOMTAS aviation and what is its story exactly?
This seems highly plausible, but that's no excuse when you have a PR monster like BAYKAR as an example. This is neglect. They probably have too many boomers in that position.
"PR monster" hear, hear! This seems highly plausible, but that's no excuse when you have a PR monster like BAYKAR as an example. This is neglect.
Version used in T70 might not be enough, but T700 have higher (2500) shp versions. I don't think Motor Sich is a reliable supplier atmT700 is not enough for Atak-2
Also similar weight class apache uses 2000hp version of t700. I think, Calling not enough is not make any sense.Version used in T70 might not be enough, but T700 have higher (2500) shp versions. I don't think Motor Sich is a reliable supplier atm
Say "cheese" and people please stop crying "wolf". We are looking forward to an early rollout nothing less.Maybe we can see the MURAD on the F-16 Block-30TM this year?

I want to see the picture taken in this composition.
Ahmet Akyol, Head of the Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems Department of the Presidency of Defense Industries, stated that the indigenous AESA nose radar would be better than the APG-83 radar on the F-16 Viper.so it is locally developed , because i've heard that MURAD is used within the F-16 and the Akinci , any specs ?
no way , the APG-83 SABR is between 300-400 km in range , impossible for Turkey to accomplish a range beyond the american one , maybe better in other specs like the processing power or the transmission power , probably for propaganda purposes , the company itself said that it can compete with the APG -83 , not exceed itAhmet Akyol, Head of the Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems Department of the Presidency of Defense Industries, stated that the indigenous AESA nose radar would be better than the APG-83 radar on the F-16 Viper.
i've noticed that most of them are copies of the US minitions , MMB like the SDB , Akbaba like the AGM-88 HARM , LGK like the Paveway
The GaN modules of MURAD AESA radar can absorb more power than the GaAs modules of APG-83. It's totally plausible that its better than its American counterpart.no way , the APG-83 SABR is between 300-400 km in range , impossible for Turkey to accomplish a range beyond the american one , maybe better in other specs like the processing power or the transmission power , probably for propaganda purposes , the company itself said that it can compete with the APG -83 , not exceed it
well , if what you say is true , congratulations , but a question please : the APG-83 , does it use a GaN or GaA semiconductore ?The GaN modules of MURAD AESA radar can absorb more power than the GaAs modules of APG-83. It's totally plausible that its better than its American counterpart.
Actually there is very good chance Aselsan’s MURAD is better than APG 83.no way , the APG-83 SABR is between 300-400 km in range , impossible for Turkey to accomplish a range beyond the american one , maybe better in other specs like the processing power or the transmission power , probably for propaganda purposes , the company itself said that it can compete with the APG -83 , not exceed it
Why would he lie about something like that? We are talking about a company that was founded in 1975 and entered the aesa business in 2003 with the Kalkan aesa radar. Kalkan 2, Çafrad, Eirs, STP, Cenk-S, Hazar, Aura, Murad etc. It is a company that has produced ongoing aesa radars.no way , the APG-83 SABR is between 300-400 km in range , impossible for Turkey to accomplish a range beyond the american one , maybe better in other specs like the processing power or the transmission power , probably for propaganda purposes , the company itself said that it can compete with the APG -83 , not exceed it
