I have given that as an example, when the customer handles some politics French can sell weapons to 3rd parties, which they don't normally sell to 2nd parties.
For example a shipyard can acquire certain systems for an export customer but not for TN use.
Also Dearsan's C92 runs on Turkish CMS but uses VL-MICA.

It should be,if the missile does not deviate a lot from Hisar-RF.
And if there is such a possibility, Navy better get involved so that they can tune the missile, data-link and seeker modes according to that mission or even prepare for quadpacking.
