I noticed that but if MTOW is only internals then the empty weight difference doesnt matter
MTOW stands for Maximum Take-Off Weight. So as the name suggests it is the maximum weight with which the plane can manage to take off, with the engine that is on it.
That includes everything ; the payload (internal plus external) and fuel.

Clearly Neuron has been built with composites over an Aluminium frame including high performance alloys and Titanium alloys. It seems that our Anka-3 has less weight. Suggesting more cleverly and better usage of composites. Which is expected as Tusas has learnt from the best when it comes to composites.

Anka-3 also has to consider stand off attack posture as well as stealthy deep strike. With ammunition like Super-Simsek or SOM-J missiles under its belly, it may be compromising some of its stealthiness. But it can inflict more damage further away with such a configuration as Super-Simsek can fly a further 700km after it has been launched and SOM-J has a range of nearly 300km.
With a couple of indigenous small diameter bombs in each internal compartments, it can still strike stealthily in to deep enemy strongholds.

As the war goes on, the ammunition used becomes primitive.The importance of this platform with a stealthy structure will also emerge in this case.It will be a very important ability to shoot laser-guided cheap ammunition, which can be produced in large numbers and drop from a short range.

As a mathematician and defence enthusiast prof. Feridun Taşdan (a.k.a robust in old forums) made calculation in the youtube broadcast of kaner kurt and reached a conclusion that anka 3 can be seen only from 30 km distance. So cheap ammunition like kgk, laçin, lkgk, radar guided kgk and tolun family which can be launched from 100- 110 km away even more will be a real game changer with anka 3. Air raids of TSK will be very cost effective and destructive

BS calculation

I've set up custom made horn radars for RCS measurements with Keysight VNA analyzers. Does anyone even know what kind of processing power you need to make the signal analysis and this guy is just calculating it? He's just making an estimate, sucking his big thumb

still hasn't flown... :/
It's a wing form that we don't know much about it yet.I also read a news article about the embargoes imposed on the project and the brake systems being asymmetrical.So delays are normal.There is no need to rush.

According to what Dr Kotil has stated in Paris show on 20th June, Anka3 should fly in 2 weeks with a +/- 2 days’ margin of error .

There were delays due to problems in the manufacturing and sourcing of certain parts.

No, December it wa0 officially revealed as ANKA-3. In Februeary they wanted to show it but the earthquake made it not possible. Yeni Safak was the first who leaked the pictures.

KAAN having a refuling probe is highly unlikly (ı am saying higly unlikly for the sake of politness) since there is no logical need to for it. first of all carring a rectractable air refueiling probe is waste of valuable space on a seeking to be a stealth plane with two engines designed to have range and future supercruise requirment which also have other ways to satisfy additional fuel need other than a a refuling probe like refueling via boom or external fuel tanks if it is necessary

There needs to be a much larger version of Anka 3 to be used as tanker. F35 and F22 both have around 8300 KG of internal fuel as far as i know. A tanker not only needs to have plenty of fuel for itself to go much longer distances than the fighter its escorting without refueling itself, it needs to carry additional meaningful amount of fuel to supply the fighter its escorting. And I can't imagine Kaan having less than 10 tonnes of fuel otherwise it will stay on air for like 20 - 30 minutes. Anka 3 itself is like 7 tonnes. Only a like a twin engine version that could carry 4-5 tonnes of payload would have enough so 2 of them could give Kaan twice the range.

If F16 has no air refueling probe than what is Turkiye doing with 7 air refueling tankers? People should really stop spreading false knowledge.

Maybe he meant no probe-and-drogue refuelling (e.g. Eurofighter, Rafale, F/A-18).

Your picture shows the flying boom method for refuelling (e.g. F-22, F-35, F-16, F-15). So Turkish F-16s have no refuelling probe but are refueled through a „plugged in“ flying boom.
