We could drown the market with guided rocket artillery, TBM, Akıncı & Aksungur, air to ground standoff & precision kits, ALCM, artillery munitions, observation satellite, origin-country friendly EW equipments, anti drone equipments, 50 cal. machine guns, infantry rifles, military textile, etc.

In this era of wars, i don't think 5.5 bil. is a good number.

Mate, this is the real world, not a computer game. You can only sell when people ask to buy, and on top of that, we don't have endless production lines that can produce whatever you want 24/7. And you don't think 5.5 billion isn't good? Take a look at what the number used to be.

Regarding guided rocket artillery, Israel and South Korea conducted very good sales for Europe & Middle East market in "just 2023"

Go figure.

A total of 5.545 billion dollars of exports were achieved in 2023.
Exports of these products exceed an average of 65 dollars per kilogram. Türkiye exported defense industry products to more than 185 countries.

These other companies must do more - they need to aggressively market their products. Baykar is carrying the entire sector.

Hmm...does this report count civilian aerospace products/parts export also?
I ma not sure what military platforms TUSAS exported in 2023 that costed up to $864 millions.

Yeah especially TUSAS. They’re not even doing 1% of what Baykar are doing in advertisement. It’s like they don’t want to sell lol. Honestly I’m a bit disappointed by them.

Indeed. On the other hand, they are very invested in many long-term projects, which will pay of in the coming decades.

Landing substantial contracts for T-625, T-925, ANKA III, Hurjet, TF-X will quickly put them back on top.

Yes, but I was under the impression it was aerospace products for defence purposes only that is being counted? There was also a report regarding this last year. I don't remember well.

Baykar, is, really incredible. And they're not even close to their full potential. It wouldn't surprise me to see their exports climbing over $3billions in 4-5 years.

Must be because P&W THY is the service centre for civilians aircraft and engines of THY.
So while its nice to see the numbers grow but it is still not good enough, not even close.

But I'm optimistic with TAIs upcoming products in the coming years.
The drone export numbers of TAI were a bit disappointing, ATAK couldn't reach a desirable level due to politics but I see light at the end of the tunnel for TAI to become the domestic champion in exports

This numbers honestly disappointing especially for Aselsan and Roketsan. Yet the some share of Baykar export also contains Roketsan munition and Aselsan CATS.
Btw are naval exports included here?

True. In addition to $108millions worth of direct exports, ASELSAN has exported $196millions as subsystems of our platforms. Total export is $304 millions.

Honestly i dont believe that the real numbers are being shared for political reasons. Just my personal opinion.

Aren't export deals announced through KAP for Aselsan, Roketsan etc? There has been a post almost every time someone signed a new deal. How would they hide or change the real numbers?

Nigeria's internal security project that has been going on for a while which saw Turkish drones from Asisguard be exported, will also include 13 Nurol NMS in a 35 million deal between Asisguard and Nigeria.

"Drones from Turkish defense firms Havelsan and STM will also be sold to Nigeria, and products of around 10 companies, including Gurbag Defense and MILMAST, will be exported."
