This one looks like asfat 3600 design

Kuasar Marin designed ASFAT 3600 and ASFAT AKDG. They are relabeling the designs they have once made for some customers.

From legal perspective they might get in trouble later. IP rights belong to ASFAT as per the contract, since ASFAT also fed Kuasar with Milgem blueprints earlier, for AKDG design.

Nothing serious but a 5500 ton design for a AA Frigate by Kuasar Marin who also signed a partnership agreement with RMK Marine last year.

And nothing comes out of this, at least for TN.
TN has DPO, which individually works in concepts on their own, which also disclosed earlier that they are working on a general-purpose frigate.

Export potential, on the other hand, i am not sure but very doubtful for Kuasar. Who would buy an AAW frigate off the shelf, at least from Kuasar who is not as reputable as others in the field.

I know TN loves designing ships on their own to fully suit their needs but I think, as relations with the UK are at such a high, maybe just licensing Type 31 and fitting it with Turkish subsystem would be a faster solution, no?

Then again if they are just downscaling Tepe-Class to serve as a GP Frigate then that might be a better solution.

Not necessarily, take a look at the failed US frigate program, they tried that and it was spectacular failure. Not all navies share the same requirements for their ships, not just their systems but even the way they are built or their specific dimensions and geometry etc. Maybe it would be easier in this case, maybe not, but it certainly wouldn't be purpose built for our needs.

Well yeah but the americans are noterious for changing "off the shelf" products into development nightmares and with the Type 31 we have seen 3 different navies now model it to their needs.

Scaling down the Tepe-Class to a GP-Frigate is probably the way to go though in the end, this way TN has full control over every little detail of the ship.
