Nothing has changed about the timeline either, it was planned both of the vessels to be in service by 2024, so first one logically would be delivered a little earlier.

Translation for second picture:
Ongoing projects
- I Class frigate temporary acceptance in 2023 September.
- Type 214 is going on at Gölcük Naval Shipyard
- Milden DPO is procuring software, setting up security protocols for dometic and international collaborations.
- PN Milgem Project is going on.
- OPV project's contract stage has been completed, first hull will be delivered in 2023.
- 3000 tonnes floating dry dock project contract was signed between TGM and Asfat, will be located in Gölcük Naval Shipard. (The picture on right-below in the first image)

Designed to be equipped with ATMACA ASCM or TRG-230
TRG-230 will give the Navy, supersonic missile capability. But I have a feeling this could be TRLG-230, with it’s laser guidance to hit moving targets .
Once the target is marked by a UAV, TRLG-230 missile will be able to take out moving sea targets that are 20-70km away from ULAQ. TRLG-230 missile has a terminal speed close to 3 Mach and travels most of it’s downward trajectory at 4+ Mach speed. This means once it is on it’s downward flight and the UAV has acquired the target, the enemy ship has ~30 seconds to react. If couple of these are combined with couple of Atmaca missiles, and are fired at the target ship in saturation mode, it would be near impossible to stop.

But who is the supplier of main radar? Is Meteksan getting into naval radar business?
I wouldn't really mind if they make light-weight short to medium range 2D-3D radars they could easily convert retinar etc into a situational awaraness suite for small boats and USVs.

Interesting article about the strategic importance of AIP based Reis Class and Milden Class submarines.
The writer makes a captivating analogy about AIP subs and S400 missile systems with respect to the advantage it brings to the strategic battlefield in the seas.
These two classes of subs will change the balance of power in the East Med to Turkey’s advantage so clearly that most countries that have interests in the region, are, to say the least , “worried”!

Akya heavy torpedo is optimized against bigger ships. So this guy is also a serious ship killer.

BTW live firing tests of Ulaq patrol variant are planned to be done in may which means phase one of Ulaq project will be completed.

That’s what Persians dreaming for
P.S. The lightweight torpedoes for only ASuW but, the heavyweight ones have dual role.

These are perfect for NTPB, too big for frigates and corvettes.
I hope they will consider these sizes for the new OPV and make it able to carry this bigger version so it can be switchable between LWT-HWT-ISR-MCM-ASuW.

I think you have meant LWT is only for ASW?
