They went from F-22 style abreast main weapons bay to Su-57, 2 in a row layout. This makes it easier to strengthen and stiffen the airframe, creates a more lifting body design but is more prone to CoG (center of gravity) issues when weapons are not deployed in a certain sequence.

I don't know aircraft design but they maybe forecasted TRMOTOR engines size and try to leave some room for Block 2?

First TRMOTOR firing test said to be 2026-27. Integration, flight test to be 2029. TEI said around 15 years to develop fighter engine which goes along with Phase 3 (Block 2, next blocks) starting 2034-35.

It was reported that KFX will have 0,5m2 RCS and PakFa has (1-0,1)m2 RCS.

0,1-0,003 m2 TfX RCS figure is not bad when it is compared with other new aircrafts. In addition, the given figures for TFX are the targeted RCS values. The aircraft may have better stealthiness figures than initially planned one thanks to coating and paint materials

-10 dbcm: 0,1m2 RCS (TfX interest area)
-20 dbcm: 0,01m2 RCS (TfX interest area)
-25 dbcn: 0,003m2 RCS (TfX interest area)
-30 dbcm: 0001m2 RCS

Low observability and RCS is not a constant number. At some angles, the RCS of TF-X will approach to 0,001m2 mark at some other angles it will approach 0.1m2 but it will stay inside those boundaries. RCS figure of F-35 is larger by a magnitude when measured from the backside compared to the front side.
