How exactly did they do that with this?

And, would you rather have us cut all ties with our biggest trading partners and turn into North Korea with only China and Russia to trade with?

They do it many ways. In many of my previous posts i've already gone into great detail about these things.

So just a few examples of how they play Turks for fools. Germany is the most important player in the EU, they basically bankroll the Greek state. Have the most influence and power over her. When it comes to Turkey every single hostile greek position is taken against Turkey, whether it be the east med, Libya, the sea of islands etc. They empower their hostility against us.

In Syria just yesterday they embargoed us over things like tanks parts. They support the PKK terrorists and house feto against us. I could go on and on and on.

All these projects you do with germans when it suits them they will simply reengage and shit on Turkey. They are basically the temprory carrot to fool and subdue the Turks and buy their side more time to use against us.

What i'm saying is that you cannot keep falling for these games. For example, they support the pkk against Turkey well why is Turkey hosting 13 million illegals that all want to go the EU?

The point is, if you keep bowing your head down they will just keep bending you over. Every time they engage in hostile acts against our nation their has to be repercussions, otherwise they will keep doing it. And in the long run you will come out the big loser.

also never forget back in 2015 shortly after the Turks downed a Russian jet.

Germany is more interest in protecting marxist terrorists then it is a NATO nation. Tomorrow when you want to strike the pkk again, they will embargo you over the projects you entered into.

The end goal of the west and the PKK support is to balkanise Turkey. To destroy our sovereignty and our peace. Lets start calling a spade a spade. If we don't say what going on, we leave it purely in the hands of their corrupt media to lie and deceive.

None of this is the answer to my questions though. How does signing a memorandum for joining an air defence program that isn't even really critical to us since we already have our own programs running along smoothly is fucking us over? You're just putting other unrelated things together with this program.

And, again, are we supposed to never cooperate with any Western country? Blind hostility is just as dangerous as blind trust mate.

Maybe it's not only a defence program, but also a attack program, like THAAD. No need to jump on the anti-Russian fearmonger-wagon. We make a lot of money with Russia, no need to frustrate that.

Maybe the Germans get access to our security tech, with this program. German spies are very interested in Turkey.

Maybe they gonna use our scientists and developers like in the F35 program amd then throw us out after.

The West is only concerned about Israel's security. They dont give a dime about our security otherwise they would crush the PKK.

I can't believe I lived long enough to see Turkish people defending fucking Russia. We also make a lot of money from exporting goods to West mate, and it is not a "fearmonger-wagon" not only Russian have always been our enemies, it is something that'll never change as we will always be in the way of one of their most important goals.

And your other stuff is just maybe maybe maybe, maybe it's Maybelline then? You can create as many imaginary situation as you want, I can do that too.

I know very well that they want the Bosporus and the North-East but at this moment they have their hands full in Ukraine.

We make a lot of money with them thanks to our neutral position. No need to brake that, because in othet theaters we already fight against their interests.

The best for Turkey is to continue with the moneymaking business and just stand neutral while the West and Russia beat the shit out of eachother. We already lost a lot of markets, we cant afford to lose the Russian one.

And how much money is Turkey making exactly because I hear all the time about these HUGE money Turkey makes from trading with the vas Russian Market while the reality is that Turkey has an enormous trade deficit with Russia.

Just because a bunch of mafiosos make money from re-exporting Western tech to Russia and brake the sanctions and other mafiosos make money from the bribes they get for importing Russian gas and oil etc it doesn't mean that Turkey wins anything.

With the West Turkey's trade is not only much larger but is also pretty balanced too.

There is to much money on the stake. Let alone the Russian oligarchs and normal middle class tourists who visiting Turkey every summer in the millions and the foreign currency they bring.

The tourism branche in the Turkish riveira prefers Russian tourists instead the Dutch and Germans who doesnt spend money outside the resorts.

Lol, Turkiye is not buying any air defense systems from anyone. We are there to hopefully get a workshare and hook our national systems to the EU network.

That also means hooking EU into our air defense network.
Which may cause issues when some of the members decide to "act up."

Other than that, gr8 stuff.

It works in our favor Captain Obvious. The sensor capability of the EU is far better than ours and we can stop sending data to the EU anytime we want in case of a confrontation with an EU country.

Can we also make it show our effectors as friendly? That would be nice.
Yes, we can, but showing it friendly on screen doesn't mean those can't be shot at. IFF doesn't work that way. When we are hooked up to the EU network IFF codes will designate us friendly but luckily we have our own separate national IFF capability. We can use both of those as we see fit.

ASELSAN KORKUT Air Defense Gun System is developed for the effective air defense of mechanized troops and mobile units. KORKUT Gun System has capability of firing 35 mm Airburst Ammunition - which is also a product of ASELSAN - in addition to conventional type 35 mm ammunitions.

The text under the video is interesting - Aselsan: - We have a really scary side.
(Videonun altındaki yazı ilginç. Aselsan: - 'Korkut'ucu bir yanımız olduğu doğrudur)

Aselflir-600 is expected to make its maiden flight this year and complete its testing campaign this year if no problems are encountered. The testing process is getting shorter because of Baykar UAVs. Baykar can allocate a lot of sorties for testing in a short amount of time.

Aselsan is making a real effort to ready Kaan's sensors like Toygun, BURFİS, and KARAT before the end of 2026.

We should develop a 30mm version of this and call it "ürküt"
