Guys please look. Algerian relatively little LHD even has ASTER-30. Those big platforms need decent areal cover.

It can take off by reducing payload and fuel, for sure.
But a navalized hurjet would be available by 2030+. In my opinion if needed, we can also plan a larger variant of Anadolu and commission it by hurjet-N being avaliable.
Buying 10-12 Harriers and operating 6-8 of them from TCG Anadolu would give us experience to operate ship based planes. In the meantime we could be developing a navalised Hurjet. Also it would give good degree of aerial defence to TCG Anadolu.
A TVC ej200 engine can develop over 22000lbf thrust. And with TVC‘s help, it would easily take off from a ski lift runway.

Harriers are already compatible with TCG Anadolu, Spain is operating them. 16 of those can be carried simultaneously.
We need a source to provide harriers with the latest configuration and upgrades, also acquired relatively near than others.
We need these planes ASAP, to create a naval aviation branch and train them until the time we will actually need an AC. Doesnt have to use TCG Anadolu, as long as pilots are trained for STOVL.

If this is the latest image, the release will take longer than anticipated. Perhaps late 2021 rather than Q1.

I-Class should be commissioned by 2025.
There is a budget, it is limited and probably it will be spent for 2nd LHD.

Wouldn't a 2nd LHD be unnecessary luxury without any real airpower to operate from it(and no drones can't replace real jet fighters). We already have Anadolu + 2x Bayraktar-Class LST. Wouldn't it make more sense to expand with 2 more Bayraktar-Class LST instead of another 1 Billion $ LHD.

- After TCG Anadolu delivered, Aircraft carrier project will be officially commenced. Negotiations are proceeding

Negotiations with whom? We have no company with any experience in designing a AC, could he mean foreign companies? Then again maybe with AC he means something like the LP-X of the South Koreans.

If he means a foreign company then a company that would come to mind for me is BAE System with whom we already work together on TF-X. BAE Systems designed and built the QE AC for the Royal Navy, maybe technical assistance again just like with the TF-X?

We need catapult technology and MMU Naval

Carrier should planned for end of 2030s or 2040s....For now...Concepts and requirements must be made first

We can't have STOVL or inefficient STOBAR...

I fully agree. TCG Anadolu is a white elephant as it is. A lot of money is buried in a not so useful platform. It’s only big advantage was going to be the f35B’s off it’s deck. Now that it is not going to happen, we could have been better off with 2 more Bayraktar class LST’s. It is more important now to finish the other 3 ships of the I-Class.

Mavi Vatan is now part of foreign policy and the lifeblood of the Turkish nation.

Great to see it being mentioned by the Armed forces High command.

Now this also symbolises naval expansion and the Turks having greater focus on naval affairs.

Our enemies have underestimated us once again by thinking the Turks would ignore naval affairs and wont bother defending its shores.

Well they were dead wrong especially Greece.
Building an aircraft carrier requires a vision beyond the blue homeland. Because aircraft carriers are built to display permanent flags in the oceans. You cannot build the aircraft carrier for the Black Sea or for Libya. Once the Turkish aircraft carrier enters the inventory, the Turkish navy will now be targeting Somalia and beyond.

Indeed the plan is to go beyond.

Somali issue is important. Because if one day we have to make an agreement to extract oil and natural gas from the sea, the Turkish navy in the region will have to show its strength against the states that have plans for it.

F-35B was not considered during the TCG Anadolu tender. It came out later

TCG Anadolu is not built for F-35B

There is too many countries have LPD, LHD and not have fighter jet on it...US, UK, France, Italy, Algeria, Egypt , Australia, Japan, South Korea...etc

I know it came in to the scene later. What I said was that it was the only positive thing about it.
All the countries you have mentioned there , with the exception of South Korea, Algeria and Egypt, are imperialist countries. You have missed Spain which has islands in the middle of the ocean.
Japan (an old imperial power) has islands in South China Seas thousands of miles away. South Korea has LPD because US wants them to have against the North and China; and they are going to have f35B on them Anyway.
Algerian (purchased from Italy) and EgyptIan (French mistral class built for Russia) ships are unnecessary for these countries. They don’t have proper defences either. They are in fact worse case for them than it is for us.

The lack of fighters on LHD, could be compensated with solid areal airdefence systems. Look at the Algerian Navy's amphibious Transport Dock which has Aster-30. Japanese Navy is renownen for Transforming LHD into guided missile Destroyers.

Imagine, adding 64 cell VLS into somewhere TCG ANADOLU. They could reconstruct the ship, remove ski-jump and insert VLS :p

Ada class and I class actually can carry 4 of these. 2 in stern bay -launched from stern ramp, 2 in RHIB bays. However these would be the smallest variant (10-13 meters).
For larger variants, an LPD-like ship will be needed with a dock. Considering height of a typical dock and size of LCTs which fit, 2 of large USVs can fit in.
Another concern is storage of missiles/torpedos to be installed on these platforms, or securing those while the USVs are stored in the ship. Again LPD is a better candidate for these purposes having more space to allocated a munition storage room and required personnel.

The stern bay of frigates also can be used to launch and retrieve UUV/ROV, if modified accordingly.
We need more ships in Bayraktar/Sancaktar class. These can easily carry swarms of ULAQ class drone-boats of different configurations. These ships can also accommodate artillery rockets like the TRG230-300 with which they can hit land positions from almost a stand off distance. They can also carry Atmaca and Gezgin missiles.
