In the last 48 hours alone, a terrible act of terrorism has taken place in Somalia. In Libya, Haftar has signaled that he will launch another attempt. The Serbian army has begun massing on the border with Kosovo, US intelligence has been alerted that Iranian terrorist organizations are planning to attack KSA and Iraq and a state of alert has been raised, and arrests have begun in Azerbaijan, to members of an Iranian-backed terrorist organization who were preparing to carry out attacks in Azerbaijan. These are the lines of conflict that I follow closely, and there are many more on a global scale.

There's a very, very big storm coming.Tensions are escalating in many hot spots.

Bloody hell its getting worse by the second.

Allah yardimcimiz olsun

The expected recession towards the end of the years will keep western countries busy, this will open opportunities for others to do as they please.

First, Iran must be sanctioned because of arms sale to Russia. Second, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Israel and USA should think to counter Iran. Third, Azerbaijan need to carry an offensive in Zengezur to connect AZ with TR.

Iran is already sanctioned to all hell. sanction any more and they might make nukes. there is a right way to sanctioning. (and the West is not doing it.)
if you're talking about Turkish sanctions, i mostly agree, but we must be careful, and make sure our Azerbaijani brothers and sisters in Iran does not get impacted by it.

gotta keep Israel and USA out of it. once they go in, they dont pull out, and theyre not friendly.

this i agree. make it a joint TurAz op. rain hell on Yerevan for all i care.

best way to counter and neuter Iran is to make sure Iranian Azerbaijan cuts free from them as a sovereign nation. make sure all the Turkish tribes in Iran to be included in this new entity as well. Having a Turkish presence in the gulf will be better for the world.

They can sanctioned Iran more. Cut the deal about nuclear power. Help to intensify the riots.

If Iran is thinking of making nukes, Israel will strike Iran immediately. And we can help them .

If Iran is suppressing Azeris, that’s the best thing what can happen for our interests. South Azerbaijan could be reality just in the moment.

About help from Israel. I am not afraid of Israel could stay longer as needed. USA is a different story. We must sure that the “US involvement” is only temporary.

But the most important point is a corridor between AZ and TR.

"Azerbaijan must act and strike now or it will be too late

"The art of WINNING a war is different from the art of PRESERVING a victory in a war"

Unfortunately, the caucasian equation is not as simple as it was in the previous war. Power alone won't solve this. Now Iran has entered the equation. Is this a problem? Yes it is a problem. Moreover, it is a problem that will make Azerbaijan and Iran fight in vain for years. Therefore, the carrot stick technique can be applied to Iran first.

The Armed Forces of Azerbaijan have begun military exercises near the border with Iran as the rift between the countries continues. Two weeks ago, Iran had concluded one of the largest military exercises at the border with Azerbaijan making multiple threats against its neighbor.

South Azerbaijan is the main flashpoint that could inflict major cracks in Iran and throw the floodgates open for all the other non-Persian ethnicities in Iran to try and make a break for it. That's why they are worried.

Funniest thing is that south Azerbaijanis used to be some of the most enthusiastic supporters of a democratic Iran but between the monarchy and the mullahs, it has been a non-stop march of Persian superiority complexes clamping down on Azerbaijani people in the region.

Still you have many among them that consider themselves not as Azerbaijani Turks or Azeris but as Azari (the Farsi term many in Iran try to use implying that they are a bunch of Turkified Persians that have nothing to do with Turkic people).

The same way here in Bulgaria the Bulgarians claim how we are not Turks but a bunch of Turkified and Islamized Bulgarians that were basically brainwashed.

In both cases they forget that Turks and Turkic tribes have been ruling over and populating the area for many centuries but yeah, somehow all of a sudden we were brainwashed and turned into Turks.

Bulgarians have been engaging in Pseudo science in trying to wipe out the Turkic origins of the Bulgars.

They have been spreading their toxic crap lately but most people who live in what is now Volga Bulgaria actually do call themselves Turkic.

This what 500 years of Ottoman rule does to Bulgarians it creates a sense of butthurt. They dont have to like the Ottomans but if they are engaging in such crap to own the Turks just shows how pathetic they are.

If I may only ask the turkish members here , no offence intended only for discussion

would turkish people risk a destructive war with Iran that may cripple the turkish economy for years over Azerbaijan ?

Would iran risk losing half their nation in a war against Turkey, is a better question? because that's what would happen. The entire north of Iran has about 25 million Azeri people.

A Turkish army trained to NATO standards, while brining advanced drone warfare that Turks pioneered against a nation that doesn't really even have a good conventional military, wouldnt end well for Iran.

You only had to look at syria, where Iran was losing against a rag tag bunch of rebels who spent more time killing each other then fighting assad and they were losing, until russian air power entered the scene.

Soleimani pushed for Russian intervention as the Iranians were getting their asses handed to them.

Look at all their militias and proxies either Pakistanis, Afghans, Iraqis and Hazaras being used into the meat grinder.

Iranian commanders are all in Iran living in their mansions while using non Iranians to further Persian and Shia imperialism.

Iranians are fustrated with Azerbaijan because Azerbaijanis said no.

Azerbaijanis are majority shia with a 20% Sunni population its also secular.

If Azerbaijan followed Iran, Azerbaijan would have been wrecked by religious secratarianism.

The end of this crisis is unknown, but air defense systems, ballistic missiles, Som missile, Bayraktar tb2 and Akıncı reinforcements should be made to Azerbaijan as soon as possible.

Iran should understand that when it fights Azerbaijan, it will have to fight Türkiye at the same time and İran will be divided into at least two.

The Turkish army would wreck the Russian army let alone the Iranian one.

Yeah actually, I would. It would be the most legitimate reason for war.

The only foreign country we would be going to war for is Azerbaijan. And that's because they're not foreign for us. We talk a lot about other brotherly countries, friendly countries etc. but we wouldn't get into direct conflict for them. We'd help them by supplying whatever they need, be it politically, materially, morally, full support.

However, if Iran waged war against Azerbaijan, we'd directly switch to war economy and engage the enemy head-on. Regardless how bloody it'd be, there would be no hesitation.

"One nation. Two States." This is not an idle cordial utterance. F*ck with them and test it. You'll be taught an excruciatingly painful lesson.

(I'm obviously keeping NATO out of the discussion as it's an entirely different matter.)

I'd imagine the Turkish people would be overwhelmingly behind defending Azerbaijan in case of Iranian aggression. Not sure about the AKP, though. If there was money to be made, probably.
