Just curious, technically is it possible to equip NEB-84 bunker buster with AASM Hammer kit and launch it from Rafale?

In theory, why not? NEB is based on MK-84 so it could be used. although winged guidance kit would be more cost efficient I think.

There was a post here, apparently winged kit not suitable for bunker buster as they need to hit fast and gliding decrease the speed.

I stand corrected then, an active propulsion system would work better.

How about making it detach after a certain point then? Launch it with the wings, at a distance that it can drop by itself to the target, wings detach and let gravity do its thing? Targeting solutions like GPS maybe could be used to program the kit.

Yes and no!
You were correct in suggesting kgk84 for NEB84 application as Aselsan also does the same in their brochure.
One has to remember that if the bunker to be penetrated is a few feet below surface the MK84 based bunker-buster bomb can do it’s job as it is designed to hit bunker surface, detonate, make a hole, penetrate concrete and detonate secondary explosives to cause maximum damage inside bunker.

But if it is a penetration like our Hayalet is designed to do, and that is being sought after, then it needs to be released higher than 30000ft where air is rarified, gain speed to around 1.3 Mach and penetrate 90metres of earth or 7metres of C50 concrete with 25mm steel reinforcement. (This is what @Tornadoss is remembering)
So, as you rightly pointed out to give it extra range you need active propulsion to keep it at high altitude before a dive.

Edit
Corrected to Hayalet from gazap as pointed out. Thanks @Pokemonte13

Amunagodumun fetöcüleri

Detained on suspicion of having ties to FETÖ and engaging in military espionage, Emin Öner, the owner of a company operating under the name ASSAN Group, and the company's general manager, Gürcan Okumuş, were arrested. Details of a referral letter prepared for Emin Öner were obtained. It was revealed that Öner had phone and money transfers with individuals affiliated with FETÖ, and that Gürcan Okumuş transferred to ASSAN after six years as director of the TÜBİTAK SAGE Institute, a state-owned defense industry institution, and leaked documents and information to Emin Öner.

Looks like pars scout is on the production line
Those same vehicles are in production line for the last 2-3 years, still waiting for their engines. Another KKK development failure.

I would wait it out, and don't believe in everything you read. ASSAN group was building and expanding and contributing to TSK. The issue I have is if they build production outside of T.C. and who they're cooperating with. I would also research for possible espionage.

Changing companies isn't illegal, as long as you don't do espionage. Which is going to be difficult, depending on who has what interest.

I imagine in worst case ASSAN production becomes MKE new production facility, or ends up in the hands of one of AKP cronies.

The person who was appointed as the director of TÜBİTAK-SAGE, one of the state’s most sensitive institutions, between 2018 and 2024 suddenly becomes labeled as a FETO member when he turns into a rival to MKE, nobody would believe that.

What really matters is whether he sold information abroad, engaged in espionage, or leaked information to FETO. He did none of these, and one does not become a 'traitor' just because he transferred 15 engineers from TÜBİTAK-SAGE

Both Kaplan MT with the Cockerill 3105 and the Tulpar with the Hitfact 120 are in Brazil for LAAD defense fair. Both are chasing a contract with Brazil. Between the two, Otokar is probably a bit ahead with its Hitfact turret, which the Brazilians have already incurred into service with their new Centauros last year. Which makes me think, did Otokar's cooperation with Leonardo for Tulpar started from this possible Brazilian interest.

Otokar is also offering Tulpar with Korhan 35mm to Brazil to replace Brazil's old Gepards.

Defense Industries President Haluk Görgün said on social media that defense and aerospace exports have reached a new peak: "In August 2025, our defense and aerospace exports amounted to $834 million, an increase of 97.3%. Between January and August, total exports increased by 45 percent, reaching $5.418 billion."

According to my calculations, Turkish arms exports will exceed $8 billion this year.

One Russian expert, analyzing the pace of development of the Turkish military-industrial complex over the past 20 years, called it "Stalin's pace!" :)
This is the highest praise for Russians.

Is

Is it?
It's interesting. It is clearly on the British armed forces pavilion "Land Static Display" section alongside Ajax, Boxer and Challenger but noone else is reporting it. NMS is showcased both in this pavilion and also by Nurol alongside Ejder in their own section. So it's clear that NMS is in extensive testing with UK MoD; but unclear why NMS is shown at the pavilion alongside already actively in use vehicles while other contenders from the same program are missing.

Where I got the screenshots from. Pretty big showing from Turkish companies, BMC, Aselsan and Roketsan are also visible.
