We dont know. The Iranian attack was known a couple hours before, and there were flight traffics from the base to South-Cyprus before the attack occured.
But Western countries and companies are blurring satelite images of the Israeli airfields and there is a media blackout in Israel - you get arrested if you take pictures.

I mean, Kursk failed and was a huge miscalculation on Ukraine's part, likely accelerating the gains Russia's been making in the east the last couple of weeks. But yeah, the broader point stands, there's no way in hell Putin's re-directing military assets from Russia's west & Ukraine's east to help out the Ayatollah. Let alone if the U.S. is involved in whatever goes down in Iran.
As for the F-35s, I'd seriously doubt any were taken out, the air photography makes the damage on the bases look pretty limited. Frankly, it's probably a good thing if Iran *did* waste a fifth-gen fighter or multiple of them that way though - it'll make the response all the more necessary & crushing by the IDF. There's literally nothing so far indicating they lost any stealth fighters on the ground in the Iranian barrage though - true, they likely wouldn't admit to it if they did - but I thought we were supposed to substantiate claims here. If they lost 35s, prove it.

Without US or UK air support, the IDF airforce is in disadvantage. The US has airbases almost in every neighbouring country.
But for the IDF the distance alone is far to great to bomb the Iranian cities or facilities and fly back home unharmed.
Every time the Israeli airforce leave their hangars and fly to their targets, Iran can launch a great salvo of rockets to Israel, and this time with bigger warheads.
It's a lose-lose situation.

Apperantly, these were used in the attack this time. (Visual confirmations so far)
The first two, Ghadr-110 and Emad are old. (With not so good CEP) The later two, Khyber Shekhan and Fattah-1 are newer. Apperantly, Fattah-1 is their 'hyperopic' weapon. The MaRV is equipped with secondary thrust vectoring motor along with large conventional control surfaces as you can see. I am no expert, but by the external look of it, Both Kheibar Shekhan and Fattah-1 should be able to pull some heavy maneuver. They also seems to have better guidance with improved (claimed) CEP of 10m. At least in test videos they seem to do well. But then again, under combat situation with GPS jamming, it is a different matter.

Likely we have got an answer, it is not the GPS denial that effects these missiles, some i see a 500 meter CEP50 there.
Some missiles are highly accurate, likely the propulsive MaRV and others which has conducted the maneuvers have penetrate with lacking precision. So it is either: maneuver and miss, don't maneuver and be a target to the BMD / Iron Dome and hope 1 in 50 passes through after the saturation.
However, i think this is not the best which Iran may do, yet and they might be not too rich in the inventory for the better missiles.
All in all, they proved one thing; Israel is "touchable", and not an air-defense God, they bleed but this is nothing but a scratch. Given enough of missiles, better ones and an intelligence protection they may sustain a wider damage.

IMHO, it's those newer MaRVs that had better precision. They had better guidance and are unlikely to perform maneuver very close to ground that sets them off course. Because, other Older missiles (EMAD and Ghadr-110) already known to have CEP of 300-500m. Or perhaps it's a combination of both of what you said and this.
But I agree that, the crux of the matter is that, this strike proves vaunted Israeli AMD is meaningfully penetrable. Not just a technical possibility of simply one or two getting through.
