If this happens, what attitude would be in Azerbaijan and whould Azeris in Iran like this scenario
There is great uncertainty.

If a strike on Iran takes place, then:

1. What will be its target;

2. What will be its scale;

3. How long will it last;

4. Will ground forces be involved;

5. If so, which ones, in what area, in what numbers...
It is unclear whether there will be targeted bombing of the residence of the Grand Ayatollah, government buildings, IRGC bases, police, Basij, and the Iranian army (Artesh). It is unclear how the army will react. Will it side with the people? And it is unclear how the southern Azerbaijanis, Kurds, Baloch, and Arabs will react.

We recently witnessed several hundred American special forces arrive in Venezuela in the middle of the night and simply kidnap Maduro, ripping him from his bed. And the Venezuelan army, waking up the next morning, apparently only learned online that it had no commander-in-chief.
Iran is not Venezuela. Khomeini has been hiding in a bunker for weeks. Getting him out won't be easy. Will they bury him with bunker-busting bombs, like Nasrallah?
Will the conditions for regime change emerge? This is a key, yet still unanswered, question. We can only speculate.

Iran couldn't even defend its airspace above Tehran, you think they can target a Carrier Strike Group?
If the half region are against you, plus US, UK and FR, you have a minimal chance to survive. Not to mention that whole military was infiltrated by Mossad.

Well, Azeris from Azerbaijan joined Nuri Pasha, Azeris from Tabriz didn't do shit, when Vehip Pasha was in Tebriz. I understand, it was a long time ago . I don't think that this would be good idea , South Azerbaijan joined Turkiye? In any case, they are more pro Mullahs then Iranians .
Of course, it would be even worse for Azerbaijan proper.
At some stage , people need to understand that sometimes when people are parted away, there's no practical return.
I am sure that there are some good and useful people there, but no. Not really. Iraqi Turkmen, who are Shia ain't friends of Turkey, afterall they come into existence as , only to oppose Ottoman Empire, that's their reason D' etre from day one. It has been good on for 600 years. It is too long.
Even Nadir Shah could had brought any sense into them. He was a Turk but Sunni . Simple and practical thing really, I am not writing this from sectarian point of view but simply pragmatism.
People don't need to be of the same nationality, even religion but they should have similar minds in regards of many things. This is not the case here.

I don’t want to derail the thread, but Nader Shah was not a Sunni. He was literally a Qizilbash, and his tribe had originally been relocated to Khorasan to specifically stop Sunni Uzbek raids (later replaced by Sunni Turkmen raids, who migrated southward in 17th century).

Nadir was an interesting figure. You can read about his long-term plan to steer away the country from Shiism to Sunni-adjacent madhab in the book Nadir Shah's Quest for Legitimacy in Post-Safavid Iran by Ernest S. Tucker (2006); the book is based on contemporary and first-hand accounts of Nadir's secretary Astarabadi and his books Jahangushaye-Naderi and Dorreh-Nadereh, and another contemporary history book by Mohammad Kazem author of Alam Ara-ye Naderi. Afraid of the hold of the shia clergy who had oversized influence over the hearts and minds of the populace, Nadir adopted a very gradual approach of trying to make the Ja'fari madhab into an official 5th Sunni madhab by pleading with the Ottoman ulema, and then from there initiate a unification with Ottomans. Ottomans never looked with favor on his plan as they thought this very strange and a ploy to take over holy land. He was a sort of proto-nationalist but for the Turcoman nation. It's a comical turn of events that now Iranians see him as this national hero who fought against the enemy Turks (because of a battle with Ahmad Pasha, governor of Iraq, used as a negotiation tactic to recognize Ja'fari madhab) when he considered only Turcomans fit to rule.

That’s true, but the confusion also comes from the word Turkmen and also where Nader Shah was born, so people automatically associate Nader Shah with Central Asian Turkmens, who happen to be Sunni. Yet, Nader Shah’s tribe were relocated from Azerbaijan by Safavids, he was a Qizilbash Shia and would be also speaking Azerbaijani Turkish as his native tongue. Turkmen was synonymous with Turk, one can clearly see that by looking at how Nader Shah himself used the word. He called Timur and Mughals Turkmen too.

I mean, we do know what Turkic variant Afshar tribe in Iran spoke. 17th century Afshar poet:

Contrast that with Magtymguly Pyragy, a near contemporary Yomud Turkmen:

Two clearly different variants of Turkic.

Ok, I was wrong about Nader , I read about that topic 40 years ago.
In any case, in the case of attack on Iran and collapse of that regime, hopefully Turkiye doesn't let a single one of those schmuks pass the border and hopefully Iran disintegrate. Let's this story, which undermined Islamic world for so long end.
When everything is added and deducted, it is clear that it has been a catastrophe. All of it just because they invited a guy to come, then killed him and then blamed the Syrians for their cowardice.
So called Islamic Revolution deserves to die the most painful death. The day , when they refused the offer from Saddam for peace 1982, from the day they made100 Bn armies deals with USA and Israel , from the day they turned their back on Azerbaijan, they deserve maximum pain.
Supporting Pamir Ismaili Tajiks against Uyghurs, supporting Hazara against Pashtun , supporting Indian over Pakistan etc.
I know that collosal problem will come with their end but also benefits. If they can, half of them would go to help PKK , while talking about so called Islamic unity. I personally. I am against any sort of Islamic unity unless it is collaboration of people with similar minds.
Even these issue with some sort of pact with Saudi? F them, they are not to be trusted.
Even this adventure in Somalia? I am not for it, only a bit of opposition to Israel, because now that cards are clear, Turkiye will probably meet to face Jewery. Apart from that, even Somalia should be recolonized by the West. It is not a country nor nation.
Someone needs to be pragmatic.
Unfortunately these events are just the beginning, thanks God , the round in Syria, Turkiye won in decisive manner.

F-35 From USS Abraham Lincoln Shoots Down Iranian Drone

“An F-35C fighter jet from Abraham Lincoln shot down the Iranian drone in self-defense and to protect the aircraft carrier and personnel on board. No American service members were harmed during the incident, and no U.S. equipment was damaged,” U.S. Navy Capt. Tim Hawkins, a spokesperson for U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), said in a statement to TWZ. “The unmanned aircraft aggressively approached a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier with unclear intent.”

“USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72) was transiting the Arabian Sea approximately 500 miles from Iran’s southern coast when an Iranian Shahed-139 drone unnecessarily maneuvered toward the ship,” Hawkins added. “The Iranian drone continued to fly toward the ship despite de-escalatory measures taken by U.S. forces operating in international waters.”

What nonsense, neither China nor Russia could save their friend Maduro in Venezuela.
Nor are either of them willing to help Iran or save it in any way.
They have no global reach in the form of alliances, and more importantly, they are unwilling and unable to build something like NATO. What common ground would they have? The Chinese have zero cultural ties with the other countries around them, and they don't want to build any.
You can't form an alliance with economics, money and infrastructure projects abroad.
China must first solve the problem of its image that it is willing to take risks for another country.

Russia is quite isolated; apart from support from North Korea and Belarus, no one supports it, and it does not support anyone abroad. As soon as the United States intervenes anywhere in the world, you can be sure that Russia and China will withdraw if the country is on the brink.

I don't think Beijing intends to go to war with the US; it doesn't need Russia as an ally.
If China has a trillion-dollar trade surplus with the US and the EU, why would it jeopardize this favorable situation for the sake of Russia and Iran's foreign policy adventures?
The Russian beauty, aging and losing her former beauty, waits in vain for a prince from Beijing.
There's a Chinese proverb: "If you sit patiently by the Yellow River, you'll eventually see your enemy's body washed away by the current."
I think China is adopting a strategic wait-and-see approach.

And all we see in the river is a foolish Maduro, floundering in the waves and crying for help.
Who's next—Putin? Or the Ayatollah?
The world is full of lunatics, opportunists, and fools.
We'll definitely see the rest.
