Yeah maybe it is not the booster per se, but rather a middle stage that has what it takes to survive re-entry etc, since we can see the dorsal fins etc:

So similar thing distance wise with the Iranian missile. It depends how they are staged and what gets jettisoned along flight path and survives etc...for their particularly longest range ballistic missiles etc.

How is that possible,there is no tip nothing?
Shouldnt it be flat on the ground,at least not with whats left of the top spiked in the earth?

Yeah its not surprising to me, as the booster/lower stage would be top heavy (structure, fuel tanks, any liquid fuel sloshed to bottom when its falling ballistic/unpowered) compared to where the aerodynamic fins are (that stabilise the fall now). The centre of mass is some distance away from the fins etc.

So it ends up being like a top heavy dart etc after it has separated and is in unpowered free fall.. I did quick test of my paint skills heh:

Well more than heavier, it depends on the weight times distance (of each thing that makes it up).... the weight distribution and torque/moment to have it turn (while the fins align the whole thing from back end). Think of how a dart works if you throw it just generally etc.

So compared to the fins + motor at the back, there is also the long rocket body, the fuel tanks inside, the remaining fuel (that now settles so its heavy in the falling direction) etc etc. These make where the centre of gravity where it is.

Take a look at this, there is lot more than the motor and fin mass, i.e how casing, tanks and fuel are distributed (and unburnt fuel sloshed and settled in decline phase) etc:
