One thing this President is not capable of predictibility. The GCC arabs promised to invest several $Trillion in the US, and whole set of projects on top of it with his family to accrue benefits . In all respects, i thought this was inducement that Trump and family will capitalize on and not cause any further violence. That plan really fell apart, even to Trump's own detriment for his sons to line up their pockets.

That unpredictibility also applies here to Isreal not knowing how Trump will act. While they pulled him into the conflict, given after all this expenditure of munitions, Pentagon now says only 50% of launchers destroyed, then Trump can go any direction. Its probably an usual place for Israel to be to not count on US next set of actions. Its an unfamiliar area for them

A few pondering points. There is no article or even theories I have surfaced, so I ask here to see what people's ideas are.

There were at least 150+ USAF fighter bombers that need regional air bases. They could not all be operating from Mawaffiq Saiti in Jordan. There must be some dispersion to these to other GCC countries.

1. Were the GCC countries lying when they said they would not allow overflights by US attack aircraft?
2. Was this the reason that each country was being targeted. Not only was there airspace not being used, but also some of their installations. At least in initial stages before the Iranian response
3. Saudi Arabia obviously lied as it had tankers and AWACS: if thats the case, why didn't Iran make it known that these bases were being used?
4. There is NO WAY that GCC was telling the truth in the first few days of the war that it would not allow its airspace. Not using its airspace would mean that attacking aircraft would have a very narrow corridor to come from, making their entry into Iran known across a few locations.
Even aircraft flying from the Abraham Lincoln would have to enter GCC airspace to maintian a level of surprise over Iran (and unpredictable trajectory) for their ingress and egress
5. Why did Iran not make a bigger PR awareness out of it?
6. And given that Iran's attacks penetrated every major installation in GCC countries, then why did they not attack Israeli air bases? Those Israeli air bases would not have more protection than what a THAAD woudl provide .

The only Iran claim of attacking Israeli air installations is from the Oct 24 war I think

I agree but that does not answer why it has not been the subject of sustained attacks by Iran. It would seem at least as important for Iran to attack that as it was to go after Prince Sultan.

Q1: Yes, In fact, the GCC Airzone is belong to US/Isreal(Under CENTCOM control).
Q2: Yes.
Q3: I think the US military base in GCC is not controled by those GCC none care what they say, including Iran.
Q5: The global media is not owned by Iran, there is such Iran PR in Chinese media, but of course it is impossible to find it in english media.

The mainstream media and news are still under western control, and as long as people do not vary the source of their information they'll still be painted by the opinion (Selective news) of the governments of the country they are located in.

The only way to try to counter this is by truly having independent and true journalism. Unbiased. But we see what happens to that kind of journalists in Gaza.

Every human has his own biases influenced by patriotism/religion/ethnicity/economic interests,etc. so media houses pushing their own narratives is understandable.

11000+ munitions fired in first 16 days of war costing 26 Billion US Dollar to US/Isr/Gulfies.

If we count the combat losses + munitions fired + assets maintenance and combat/transport sorties - the 40 days war has easily costed around 100 Billion US Dollar to US and its allies.

And we are not taking into account the economic damage Iran did to global economy by blocking SoH.
