Iran is no friend of Turks. Its not a friend of Muslims either. It milked the Palestine issue for maximum personal benefit and in the process ran her off the cliff edge and opened up the entire region to being destroyed by America/Isreal. Iran is currently in the process of being destroyed, no "ceasefire" will hold for any extended period, its now going to be phases of bombardments until that nation reduced to nothing.

It is to attempt to change the narrative. Iran has to be aware it is being fooled and played. My previous idea of breaking the cease fire closes the straits for three months is a path to punish Trump and defeat the mission to lower oil prices.

The situation actually is not simple to explain.

There is greater push in American Establishment to focus on China & US wants India also to focus on China, instead India keeps fighting Pakistan
US is trying to pick up Pakistan from South Asia and engage it in ME so that India can focus on China. What if India still keeps fighting Pakistan?
What if Pakistan picks up fight with someone in middle east? Then it will get ugly, very ugly for Pakistan.

The Iranians are actually demanding full control of Strait of Hormuz. It is one of their conditions. It is also a point of contention between the US and Iran.

The Iranians want to obviously control the strait, but they also want to earn through toll money and use that to rebuild destroyed infrastructure.

It is not possible to stop a country with a coastline with the strait from menacing ships using the strait if it has suitable weapons. The US cannot destroy all Iran's drones. Iran needs to choose not to menace the strait.

Before Israel and the US attacked Iran there was no problem. Now the problem has arisen because of the aggression, the US needs to think very hard how to fix the problem. I hope it can think of a fix.

they got bombed for 6 weeks. Their weaker today then they were before day 1 of bombing.

Iran is trapped, they need the peace talks but also know the peace talks won't achieve anything but buy time for their enemies to redeploy their assets.

Only way out of this for iran is to find a way to bring regional nations like Turkiye, Pakistan into the fold. But that won't be easy because iranian dealings have always been two faced and dodgy. Only yesterday shia death squads were slaughtering muslims in iraq and syria while arming the pkk kurds against Turkiye. Not to mention siding with armenia against Muslim Turks.

Personally i think iran is done, their basically going to incrementally keep getting smashed. they got 12 days not long ago, now they got 6 weeks. Next time it might be 6 months. With each bombardment Iran further gets diminished.
