Yes, but that would make them pretty stupid. I can understand they are angry, but they will just harm themselves in the long run by fanning the flames somewhere else. Especially considering wh as t happened in Syria.

I mean they kept bombing HTS and SNA until the fall of Damascus and even after that.

According to Barbaros the tanker was carrying equipment to Syria, but redirected to Libya and not departed from Syria for Libya.

I think it's safe to say someone likely had a hand in the explosion.
