This is just semantics as I understand what you try to say but Kargu has automatic targeting or target detection of both humans and vehicles to be more correct. It also have automatic target tracking as seen by numerous videos shared by STM. According to the supplier, a human is actively needed for the engagement of a specific target as you write.

However, it should not be to difficult to re-write the software to engage all moving soldiers/vehicles within a specific region like a military base when operated in swarm mode. Such software could have some serious benefit as actively tracking a base like Al-Watiya with a 100-200 soldiers can be time critical. A few waves of these swarms would effectively suppress any outdoor activity and render the base defenseless for ground attacks.

Finally, you are correct that the recent articles are just FUD propaganda to create a bad image of Turkey in the west.

its not clear yet about mali ...but As for Libya, it is certain. the president announced a few days ago to the Qatari channel Al-Jazeera ... Any new threat from Haftar regarding the occupation of Tripoli ... the Algerian army will face it directly by hitting Haftar's forces....There is a great coordination with the Turks about the situation in libya ... especially the threats coming from Haftar

Looks like the recent authorisation for military operations on foreign lands is a sign of the awakening of Algeria's power and its projection in the region.
