More likely, otherwise why the launch structures on thhe corners. I don't think it's a missilesatellite launch vehicle?

Unless it hit the radar, it wouldn't cause much damage mate, its warhead is tiny.Nightmare off Airdefence systems.

For a turbojet powered short range cruise missile it has too little amount of explosives.Unless it hit the radar, it wouldn't cause much damage mate, its warhead is tiny.
It's a loitering munition that Baykar mislabelled for marketing mate, it should be fine for hunting tanks or artillery like how the Russians are using their Lancets but anything else is just upselling their product. It is also slow for a turbojet, 330 km/h is its top speed, 250-260 is cruising speed. Second one is the same speed as well. For a turbojet powered short range cruise missile it has too little amount of explosives.
Block 1 has 6kg. (similar to a 155mm shell) . Block 2 has 20kg. It has to be pretty precise when hitting a target though. CEP of better than 3m is needed for maximum damage. Especially on moving targets.
Thanks for the laugh mateThat is what they will aim for, they could use it against ships to. Kemankes flying 5 meter above sea levelhits the radarmast.

Oh, and it seems Baykar lowered their range estimate of first one to 100 km on their website. It only stay on air for 20 minutes. Far cry from their 200 km and 1 hour flight time talk when they first revealed it. Second one is 150 km range with 30 minutes flight time.
Thanks for the laugh mate![]()
Lad, what the f... are you talking about? This is a slow drone with a small warhead, yet it has a turbojet motor which would create a heat signature, the second this thing is detected CIWS that is designed to hit high subsonic/transonic speed anti-ship missile would shred it to specks. At best it is a diversion to create some space for real missiles, but it has to be dirt cheap for it to work as that. We barely see it glide around you are talking about sea skimming. It should do nothing with your opinion to dogmatic, zero vision and empathy. They can lower the specs and level it up it is irrelevant, the point is it can do more then it is designed and they are willing to do.
For someone you laugh to much, most of the American weapons are designed from fantasy. Fantasy is a must according to this book. Go educate yourself...

Sure, if we are talking about sci-fi coming real we can attach any possible scenario to any munition so long as there is theoretical possibility. How about it'll actually carry a smaller missile and shoot it at the ships? That's also possible in sci-fi setting right?
