The place of hisar missiles is not good in terms of safety,we have learned about ukranian war, safety is more important than the teeth of the ship

ADKG , Turkish OPVs Hisar Class ships being built by ASFAT are going to have Hisar -O air defence missiles. These are derived from Ada Class corvettes. Due to modular construction of the ship all sensors and weapons that are meant for these ships will be easily added if and when the need arise. Under normal conditions these ships will have a contingent of limited weapon load.
I don’t like the ffbnw concept. OPV should come with NLOS armament and short range air defense systems as long as TN is commanding the vessels.

Does that mean the project timeline is revised from 2025 to 2023 ?
Because iirc, Mr. Erdogan previously announced that, the MILDEN contraction will begin in 2025.

Isnt Milden and STM 500 the same product or are they different?

We should make it clear to audience that Milden still hasn't passed to contract design that will be followed by production design stage. Also tunnel tests of Milden and its propeller are not conducted yet (also to be followed by several other tests on scaled model). This is more of a ceremonial steel-cut likely related to budgetary measures or some other issue that we have also seen with I-Class and AKDG.

He said 2023. It might be December 2023, don't expect anything soon. Normally the first boat of a submarine class usually takes at least 5 years also take that into consideration. In two years TN will add 1 frigate, 2 corvettes, and 2 submarines to its inventory.

Watch 282's launching ceremony closely, you might see a wild MKEK 76 on F-515.

Don't let it go unnoticed, AKDG is using "megablock" approach. The blocks are built as a whole and equipped with pipes etc in a warehouse in 3 x 85 tonnes, merged in warehouse and placed on dock - slipway at once. Another step achieved for TF2000.

Deliver is at July 2023, the ship's construction has gained full speed in May-June, which takes AKDGs construction time, in plain configuration, down to 13-15 months*

*This also means, remaining 8 will be available sooner than we expected.

Has the contract for building 3x I-class simultaneously been signed?
