Oh they have, one 76/62 in aft position on the supperstructure.

Well that big cannon serves as;
- Semi-artillery for indirect fires
- Asymetric ASuW engagements (on smaller platforms)
- Partial CIWS and air defence duties with smart or proximity fuzed munitions (or higher rate of fire like SR).
- Also fire control systems like TAKS remarkably increases the accuracy even for the moving targets, combining this with smart fuzes converts these old school guns into an efficient tool.

It is a strategic decision to use AShM's right away, also i highly doubt if any surface platform may approach to another as close as to use these guns, but guided shells have remarkable range. (Vulcano 76mm - 40, 127mm - 80 km with IR - SAL). These values are still a game changer especially in shore bombardment or in land shelling. Also future guided systems like DARDO converts simple shells into imitating missiles, thus making them a multi-purpose gun.

So nowadays these large caliber guns are more of multi-functions tools than being frigate dogfighting - shelling at target.
you could also shoot anti-ship mines with it.

you wouldnt yeet an atmaca to counter some fishing boat full of C4 and two VERY dedicated fellas. its not clever.
Hunting fishing boats from a frigate? İt doesn't sound wise.
For this role we have Tuzla Class and other patrol boats. Shoulder launched ATGMs on the frigate could solve suicide missions.

Anyway as @Anmdt said with smart ammunitions 76mm cannon every navy must have.

Navy wanted this to replace shoulder launched manpads on small vessels, but then they lost interest.

I think, they might be working on a new standalone concept adopting Sungur / ER. Not Gokdeniz-ER but something lighter and autonomous, low-cost to transform shoulder launched manpads from boats - light vessels.

Our MILDEN's external geometry so similar Söryu Class of Japanese. I guess, Both dimensions( length,mass etc) quite nearly.

They should be able to integrate all capabilities afforded by the Turkish defense industries on the Milden Class.
