8 ADKG by 2030 is another big lie, even Dearsan got project as 2 + 2, we don't know ASFAT's deal.

No different than how yank conservatives get their marching orders from podcasters and Fox News; when you keep a watch over their safe spaces as closely as I do, you notice the pattern. According to SSST there are two more LST on the navys plan. The timelines seem a bit wishful thinking but the numbers seem real

2 + 2 LST were in plans since the beginning but i dont thing they will build before 2030 .

In view of this information, all I can say is that selling those two almost ready İstif Class ships to Indonesia is a treasonous act. You don’t sell your best assets when your arch enemy is buying 4 (possibly 8) large belhara frigates like there is no tomorrow.

I have always been a fan of selling from stock; you make systems for yourself and sell them if there is a buyer and make new ones for yourself. This way you can always keep your building process vibrant and standardize your systems. I wish this mentality spans all kinds of military productions; we can sell older Altay tanks for example and make new ones for ourselves.

Our shipbuilding is sluggish, we need to speed up. The Korean company that bought a shipyard in the US is planning to make 20 ships a year, way more than we are making. Why are we so slow and building so few? We need to take every opportunity to roll out our products and start making new ones. It is only our building capacity that will be deadly to our enemies not the ships we have already built for ourselves. We have only just begone building, now we need to speed up.

Our archenemy who? our older enemies are in the striking distance of our artillery, who needs a ship when you can strike from your land positions.

Being done by the same government which has been trying to shove down the "peace" process (ihanet volume 2) down citizens throats because "war is a big possibility" and we need "stability in the country".

Telling the population indirectly a conflict could happen soonish and then turning around half a year later and selling two very important frigates that are on the finish line is hilarious.

They are clearly trying to create a budget for a unneccessary AC project which will be used as a propaganda piece for the next election.

Just like they put Kizilelma on Anadolu in 2023 and then later came out and said "We NEvER saID KE WiLL bE UsED On TCG AnADolu".

Someone once again is putting national security and national sovereignity in the gutter to boost his chances to win another election.

Meanwhile your neighbor is about to induct its second Belharra frigate and is in talks to buy another 3.

Having said that, no abusive language would be allowed towards the head of states of countries and especially to the founder of the country. This is clearly stated in the rules of the forum.
