The only other thing i can think is that the project is very real, but what they have shown is fake. What do i mean by this, Turks are saying to them we have these capabilities, but at the same time by showing an unrelated fake/mockup they are not giving away the real capabilities.

This is what I meant by the 4D Chess maybe . We're showing we can (achieve these projects) also at same time giving off Iran vibes to maybe make them underestimate us? I am hoping this is the case or it's super cringe as hell.

Tolga Ozbek mentions it is a f110 size engine. Yet still says it has 42000lbf thrust.
He more or less reiterates what Yasar Güler said earlier. By the way, Yidirimhan is not a mock up. It is the real McCoy!

There is something fishy about this whole story.

What was the fvcking point of this Qaher-313esque sh1tshow?
All my excitement about SAHA was ruined by MSB ARGE which is supposed to be a no-BS, serious institution.
Even if they somehow tested them in some form, the ambiguity surrounding them and the shear insinuation that these were ready products, deserves some resignations and some firings IMO.
Let's wait and sea how they're going to go around this one tomorrow!

Unrelated but it is little sad that there were deals for all the UAV projects but Anka-3. It was even ahead of Kızılelma with IWB tests, however, it seems that it will enter inventory no earlier than late 2027

Until we see a GUCHAN engine on a test bench achieving the thrust level claimed (or close to it), many of us will be sceptical.

I would love to hear what Dr Aksit's view on this engine is.

This may only mean they have made 6 builds. Remember Mr. Mahmut Akşit mentioned that they probably need to make 15 builds before they are done with developing the TF35k engine. So they probably got to like 40% of the way to a usable product. Lame but could be considered a candidate if TEI's efforts were not in place.

Güchan: Seems like a Frankenstein engine. Maybe Motorsich engineers had a go at the GE engine with the aim of reverse engineer or somehow upgrade it.

Yildirimhan: Was not just a white rabbit they pulled out of a hat. It was a freaking polar bear. Cannot decide whether I am amazed or on the verge of cringe.
