There is no plan to install it today, but no one is stopping us from integrating it into Atak. Right now it is for the next-gen platforms. DIRCM for fixed-wing aircraft will follow this.

Nationwide stupidity is the problem not too much innovation. There are 3 different products called KAAN KAGAN etc. right now. Too dumb to do a simple Google search before giving a name. There are dozens of defense products with same names, all from Turkiye.

Why do you have to worry about something that people don't even know about, it is only a problem if there is something already known with the same name and there isn't. I only remotely remember the name of the export version of Bora missile and it has to take a back seat when there is the top gun out there that claims the name.

Yes, but it is not really suitable for A-A engagements. It is good for tracking slow-moving air vehicles which fly at lower altitudes than the F-16.

I heard very encouraging news regarding the first iteration of MURAD AESA on Akıncı. Hürjet, Akıncı, Kızılelma, KAAN (MURAD-based BURFIS), and F-16 will have MURAD radar. That will make Turkiye the number 1 nation in Europe with the most amount of GaN AESA radars. I also heard some range figures (tested against airforce F-16s) but let's not disclose them. All I can say is it is magnitudes better than our current capability. MURAD is not expected to be available for mass production in the short to medium term.
Not mass produced medium to short term means 5-10 years, that's really not good news

On a more serious note, if we can produce a more achieveable number, say about 30-40, will it be enough? Can our network centric warfare capabilities allow us to utilize this admittedly moderate capability to a game changing extent? Let me rephrase the question: can this be integrated to a few platforms that will in turn allow other platforms to 'see'?
