Look first to yourself what kind things you demand and make up stories Turkey will take the islands .

I would also be worried if i was in Greek position, there is firstly a historical context, secondly many islands are easily invaded by Turkey and very hard to defend by Greece, not to mention that Turkey does have the capability and according doctrine in this regard.
Yet Greece must also see that its demands of 12 nmi zone is not acceptable for Turkey and that Turkeys concerns are just as justified as its own.

Calm down a little bit and try to see the issue in a objective manner, this goes for everyone here, stop acting like our politicians.

To be honest, thanks to your president after 2013 (Gezi) mostly well educated and civilized Turks are moving to N.Cyprus. In recent years people are either retired high ranking soldiers, academicians or students who have studied here and found job here. Mostly people from West Turkey who prefer to move here as it is slightly more free..if they want beer they can buy whenever they want without ridiculous tax or they don't got into jail just for criticizing government.. They can protest whatever they want (for now) In other words TRNC also benefits from your Brain drain.. but this also turn the island into concrete paradise.. Just like Kusadasi, Marmaris, Bodrum.. destruction of local culture and beauty.. Some people know how it feels, how İstanbul transformed, how west coast of Turkey transformed in last 30 years.. People can make a place a paradise or hell, it is all about quality.

The concrete thing is a reality. We all need a better enviroment laws. Especially in Cyprus where you all have a limited space. With that being said i actually visited South Cyprus myself. Mostly in Larnaca. Situation there is quite bad too. So with Turism you need better Hotels and roads and other services. Thats how Turism works. That has nothing to do with "Turkish Brain Drain " .

The concrete thing is a reality. We all need a better enviroment laws. Especially in Cyprus where you all have a limited space. With that being said i actually visited South Cyprus myself. No but it is about demand and supply , if more people wants to buy a house, house price will go up. Number of floors go up. It is all connected. First wave after 2003, and second wave (From Turkey) after 2013 and after 2018. 10 years ago there was floor limit in Girne (4 Floors max) For a short period a corrupt government came to power and changed it to 10 floors for couple of years.. just in 10 years whole Girne turned into tower city.. No pre planning for infrastructure, same roads, same infrastructure, doubled pop. And about hotels, tourism is not 5 star hotels build like castle, people come to those hotels and don't go out or spend anything in the country. And most of the hotels are subsidized, not paying any tax. Those 5 star chain hotels are invading, filling coastline which should be kept as public zones.

All about Demand.. population increase is not a good thing if it is not planned

I am a software engineer, I do know multiple languages I can survive, live and earn money in any country. But this is my motherland and it is like a paradise (Still) why would I sell or leave, I will defend it. Also I don't have any greek land (which some greeks think is illegal), I have a home left from my ancestors.. Turkish Land.. A little paradise bothering whole world and causing wars and hatred. Thousands of them.. some of them are driving range rovers and living in those towers I wrote (demand).. They are selling buying bitcoins! Money laundering. You can't imagine how much money they are spending on drugs and luxury cars.. Some are children of corrupt Nigerian officials, they are just money laundering. This is because of Private universities, greed.

And I don't see anyone returning to Nigeria unless they are deported because of using or selling drugs

I see north cyprus either as part of Turkey or as an independent country. They can decide as what they want to be seen. What I don't accept is however them being part of South Cyprus.

Yes but there are also real students, not all of them are like I mentioned if police finds out.. Of course raid in and they are being deported. If you are not citizen and you got caught from drug, no chance. But some sectors are benefiting from illegal money or students ) Real Estate, car dealers, universities, casinos etc. Covid changed a lot things but most of them are still here. If no one takes them.. TRNC takes )) 30 years ago locals are very hospitable here, now I feel like we are turning a bit xenophobe.. so I am sensitive about flood off people to my lovely small island.

Europeans and Americans along with Australians always talk about how liberal, secular and humanist they are once they find out when the immigrants and refugees are brown or black that gets thrown out the window then they have the nerve to lecture people about human rights.

Top 10 refugee hosting countries are not even western or european. In Australia we basically either lock them in detention centres or allow the boats to get sinked by the weather until we intervene to save them.

But remember that KKTC reliance on Turkey because the entire world insists on the unfair treatment. Turkey made the biggest mistake by allowing GC into EU. That was the gist of my post too.

The only way ensuring KKTC becomes a sovereign state is no longer through negotiations because that has turned into a war of atrocity. EU has more money and more freedom that Turkey wants/needs.

So unless you can ensure Turkish Cypriot population explodes and overtakes GC you will never see that sovereign state. This is a truth that cannot be denied. Quick way of achieving that would be brain drain where many turks move and establish in KKTC.

Problem is that KKTC is under embargo, and can only trade through Turkey.

KKTC needs to develop and grow, it would be preferable that this is done controlled and planned in harmony etc. but that is unfortunately not how the world works.

So what's the solution, drag out the pain where you don't have any moves other than bickering and infighting, or do like Russia (crim), (China/Sincan) and establish Turkish absolute majority on the island.

Developing KKTC requires investments and the only ones who can do that are Turkey and Azerbaycan.

IMO despite not being in favor of it. Increasing population would be the right move even if 1st generation won't be considered Cypriots 2nd generation born on the island will, and 3rd, and 4th. etc etc.
