Quote them, I want to see who it wasLast year when Selcuk Bayraktar said TB3 will land on TCG Anadolu in 2024, some valuable members here said it is impossible. I don't want to quote those posts.
I know the Navy is planning to procure more than 30.Finally this is the next seroius Step, as soon as the weapons and target identification tests are completed, these drones must immediately go into series production at least 60 units + 10 options for the Navy, Gendarmerie/Army/Police and Air Force as first Batch.
20-30 pcs. TCG Anadolu/Navy
20 pcs Gendarmerie/Army/Police
20 pcs Air Force

Indigenous engine, indigenous flight control system, indigenously designed airframe, indigenous munitions, indigenous avionics and related payloads, indigenous system engineering. This makes the significance of this achievement even more profound.Well done. Btw these tests need to be conducted with payload as well.
And with Domestic engine
Great study. By the way, how many lifts are there in the ship? As far I see, one is at the back. Any other?View attachment 72182
Unless I miscalculated, TB-3 completed its first landing test just below 100 meters.
I know the Navy is planning to procure more than 30.
You may quote mine, they haven't planned a landing within this year and it has been rushed. We are not telling that it can not be done, it is done earlier. Just like my words on KE, TB3 is bound to go through changes after these trials.Last year when Selcuk Bayraktar said TB3 will land on TCG Anadolu in 2024, some valuable members here said it is impossible. And if they later make use of approach radars for landing, that would have been a lot better.Indigenous engine, indigenous flight control system, indigenously designed airframe, indigenous munitions, indigenous avionics and related payloads, indigenous system engineering. There is second aircraft lift on the starboard side, which capable of lifting and lowering the F-35B.Great study. By the way, how many lifts are there in the ship? As far I see, one is at the back. Any other?
Isn't there OKIS from Meteksan in the video on the left at the start of the deck? And if they later make use of approach radars for landing, that would have been a lot better.
Now i also wonder where did they place the ground station, or through which console/controller they have controlled the landing.

With a take off weight of 280kilo what kind of arms do you guys think will be good for TB3 ?
I think SAR and EW pods make TB3 already very valuable for our navy. Weapons will be bonus.Turkish Bayraktar TB3 UCAV Successfully Performs First Takeoff and Landing on TCG Anadolu

There must be very different dynamics and needs with KE or other fast aircrafts with turbofans, but TB-3 is a system where flight endurance is the main criterion. The specifications on the official website state +21 hours, but this will definitely reach around 24 hours with engine, structural and avionics improvements, which means patrol times exceeding 12 hours easilly for these aircraft. With this landing, we've got more stuff to talk about, like the serial take off and landings and how they're going to be managed by the ground stations and how many we can have up and flying bout for missions.
