Baykar-Leonardo joint UAV program targets April. It has been announced that the assembly and production of the first medium-class unmanned aerial vehicles developed within the scope of the #Baykar and #Leonardo partnership will be completed in April; the project plans to move to the testing and demonstration phase before mass production.

TUSAŞ General Manager Demiroğlu inspected the ANKA-3's domestically produced TF-6000 engine on the test platform.

I hope we may see the TF6000 on an Anka-3 earlier than envisaged.
Logic dictates that by the time those LRIP birds are built, this engine will have reached the necessary maturity to be tested on the actual plane.

Our projects are nice and necessary to mature and progress, but considering what we're seeing around the frontiers now. I seriously hope we have the capacity to built 500-800 suicide drones a day if not more. As I don't think our TB2 and such would last long in a battlefield saturated with AD, A2A, drones and such.

Yet again we're seeing how important it is to have fighterjets to take out AD and strategic targets. Missiles just ain't going to cut it by themselves.

We need some 10 spy satellites and thousends of hypersonic missiles with range of 1000-4000 km and warhead of 1-10 ton . With Those No one can mess with us .
Buying eurofighter is just money spent for nothing as we are witness how easy is to shoot down non steath aircrafts from 4 rafales of india to 3 F15 of US .
We cound spent the money on very more important systems made in Turkiye

I disagree, firing off missiles from your own airspace to take out enemy targets is just as important. Especially if you can use a drone inside enemy airspace to locate and share the target location.
