Most wanted russian diplomats target is to be in West countries. We talking about ~20 countries where living is luxury for russian diplomats
So lets remove some numbers of diplomats which will be assigned for other countries which are not west . Let say 50 000 will be not count
So
124 000 diplomat passports which will be assigned for use in ~20 WEST countries
calculation 124 000 / 20 = 6 200 diplomats in echo of west countries
Why russians want to go in spoiled West Nazi country? If I may ask

As result of Putin's invasion Eastern pro-Russian, Russian speaking Ukraine will be destroyed while Western nationalist Ukraine will remain intact.
Then Russian future will be destroyed as well.
Russia is entering into deep demographic crisis now. And Putins war will create massive emigration of young people and decrease of birth rate even further.

The only thing that bothers me 100% is - that due to the politics of the West and Russia, simply all people in Europe and nearby suffer from it in one way or another...
commodity prices; whether food or fuel...
I mean - it is planned and wanted that there is no rearrangement, in order to keep the war mood and sympathy high...
But why for example rapeseed oil from Germany is becoming more expensive because allegedly there is no wheat from Ukraine?? LMFAO.. that really makes you wonder...

On the other hand, Russia has little or no respect for anything that is not Russian! It is a personal experience
I had already lost my enthusiasm about Russia as they annexed Crimea deceitfully, was about to throw up when our ministers posed as personal bodyguards of Putin...

Russia, Putin in particular, do not believe in freedom of others, (unless under Russian rule!). I have posted a few articles including statements from the hourse’s mouth… And guess what, these feelings are mutual. Russia’s war on Ukraine is actually the West (or its values) against Russia. There are, and will be huge consequences of this clash.

On May 10, 2022, at the age of 89, the first president of independent Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk, died.
On December 8, 1991, on behalf of Ukraine, he signed agreements with the President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Belarus Shushkevich on the termination of the existence of the USSR.
Decided to give up nuclear weapons that Ukraine inherited from the USSR.
In total, Ukraine had 2,500 tactical nuclear weapons.
The Budapest Memorandum, which was signed, in particular, by Russia, was supposed to be a guarantee of Ukraine's security.
Rejection of nuclear weapons is now called the main mistake of Leonid Kravchuk.
