I have a vague recollection of the number 800
Although we don't have official figures at all, I'd be very surprised if it was more than 150. SOM had a very troublesome development between 2011-2022. Only now after localization of the engine can we expect a larger number, and even then, it's an expensive munition.

To have 4000 SOM’s is not realistic at all. We don’t have the money to buy and produce all these. We are not the United States.
Less about the money and more about over producing risking shelf-life expiry.
Anyway, it wouldn't matter even if we had a few hundred, we can produce them in the quantities needed on our own time frame schedule, with our own propulsion systems.

Less about the money
Also pretty much about money. We don't have unit costs but a very conservative figure of a million dollar each is 4 billion for 4000 SOMs. Dare I say that's probably more than air force spends on all munitions purchases over few years. There's a reason why MAM-L, converted from UMTAS ATGM is our most used munition.

Which is probably very slow. SOM is a special weapon, we can't build hundreds in a year.

This issue was discussed previously.
pls see post
Official price given was over 1 million dollars each for SOM
In 2018 a contract was signed for 415 SOM to be produced for Turkish Armed Forces.

"Diplomatic circles confirmed to enikos.gr the exploratory discussions between Croatia and Turkey for the construction of 2 to 3 ADA corvettes. The same sources reported that representatives of the manufacturing company “Savunma Teknolojileri Muhendislik ve Ticaret” (STM) recently met in Zagreb for meetings. The Turkish Embassy there is said to play a special role, which has already made exploratory contacts with the Croatian Minister of Defense. The discussions follow the visit of the Turkish Corvette Burgazada to Split last October.

H.E. Seok Jong-gun, Minister of South Korea’s Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), and his delegation visited the Özdemir Bayraktar National Technology Center.

The DAPA has exclusive authority to plan and budget defense development and procurement programs for the Republic of Korea Armed Forces and to enact Korean Defense Specifications (KDS)

Now this for a change is an interesting visit. Koreans usually build their own stuff but maybe there's room for cooperation.

The last visit i know was in 2022 by SK Land Forces. DAPA is now much more specific IMO.

Even South Korea has entered the Akıncı queue.
*Correction

My source said that South Korea is not interested in Akıncı, but in Kızılelma.

My guess is they want to be a partner in the project
