The Security Council adopts, with 11 votes in favor, 3 abstentions, and 0 votes against, the resolution considering the Moroccan autonomy plan as the most feasible basis for resolving this artificial conflict.
The vote in favor of the resolution with 11 votes: the United States of America, Denmark, Somalia, France, and the United Kingdom, Panama, Greece, Slovenia, Sierra Leone, Guyana, South Korea.
Abstention by three countries from voting, which are: China, Russia, Pakistan.
Algeria did not participate in the vote.

Algeria has been forced to be a participant in the meetings even if they been trying for decades to claim that they are not an active participant in the conflict. While the ongoing negotiations are taking place, the Algerian army started provoking Morocco by shooting in the air near the Moroccan oasis of Iche.

France offers Morocco a historical bilateral treaty
French FM Jean Barrot announced that the two nations have launched what he described as a “unique initiative” to establish a bilateral treaty between France and Morocco. He noted that, for France, it would mark the first agreement of its kind with a non-European country. Bourita confirmed plans for a future state visit by King Mohammed VI to France, saying the trip would coincide with the signing of what he called an “unprecedented political, legal and historic agreement”.
Neither party specified what the treaty implies and its details.
