The Security Council adopts, with 11 votes in favor, 3 abstentions, and 0 votes against, the resolution considering the Moroccan autonomy plan as the most feasible basis for resolving this artificial conflict.

The vote in favor of the resolution with 11 votes: the United States of America, Denmark, Somalia, France, and the United Kingdom, Panama, Greece, Slovenia, Sierra Leone, Guyana, South Korea.

Abstention by three countries from voting, which are: China, Russia, Pakistan.

Algeria did not participate in the vote.
